their server (ftmo server 3) is disconnected today.. and response so slow.. still waiting for their response and connection almost over 40 min... such condition may cause significant problem.. i have not encountered this kind of server disconnection issue in other brokers.

I am writing to bring to your attention that, since October 14th, 2026, I have not received a response to emails regarding my $200k Swing account case - which I successfully passed the evaluation challenge phase but later got notified by your support team that the $200k swing account product has been discontinued by FTMO, and I was offered to either take standard account instead or receive my full evaluation refund. It is unfortunate that, despite my efforts to seek a fair and amicable resolution, my proposed alternatives have gone unanswered. I made those suggestions in good faith, hoping we could reach a mutually acceptable outcome. Given the lack of response and the absence of progress in resolving, I later sent mails formally requesting a refund of the evaluation fee I paid, but I still got no response concerning my refund. I believe it is only fair that my request be given proper consideration, especially considering the time and effort I have spent to successfully pass my challenge phase and considering the time I spent pursuing a resolution. Please acknowledge this request and kindly provide a clear response regarding the refund process. I would appreciate a fair and timely resolution rather than having to continue sending follow-up emails without receiving a substantive response. I hope FTMO will handle this matter professionally and provide the response I have been waiting for. Thanks

FTMOはお薦めしません。時間をかけてようやくプロ口座になったが、高額なスイング口座は廃止となり返金かスタンダード口座への切替を迫られスタンダード口座へ切替後、米国感謝祭の時短営業に気付かずポジション持ち越しで一発レッドで強制退会 二度と関わりたくない会社です
