The support didn't understand or response actively to my ticket, my account didn't breach the daily limit and it was a mistake from their part, they keep replying lately to me and copying the Q&A in their website 🙃 I tried my best to explain the issue but now they didn't answer me at all. ★☆☆☆☆同じ水準にTP（利確）を置いた2つの取引があり、大きい方が約定しなかったのに価格は大きく飛び越え、手動で決済せざるを得ず大損しました。さらにSLが機能せず資金口座も失いました。動画にはエラーが表示されていたのにサポートは取り合ってくれません。ナスダックで53ポイントのスリッページもあり、正気の沙汰ではない。20〜30ポイントのスリッページも何度か。『有利な方向にもスリッページはある』と言いますが、同様の相場・急変時に有利なスリッページが出ても、ナスダックでせいぜい3〜4ポイントでした。
I have two trade with tp at the same lvl and this bigger didnt fill but price cross it a lot so i must close it mannualy and i lose a lot also i lose funded account beaucose my sl didnt work and on video it was showed that there is some error but support didnt care Also i have 53 point slippage on nasdaq so its insane. Also few time i have slippage like 20/30 points on nasdaq. They write there is also slippage on your favour and when i have positive slippage with similar market circumstances and fast move it was like 3/4 point maks on nasdaq

FTMO’s customer service is very good. The support team is responsive, professional, and helpful whenever questions or issues arise. The overall platform also feels reliable and well organized. However, the Swing account could be more scalable. The current structure feels somewhat limited for traders who prefer holding positions longer and gradually increasing their account size. More flexible scaling options, higher available account sizes, or a clearer long-term growth path for Swing traders would significantly improve the offering. Overall, FTMO provides a strong and trustworthy service, but improving the scalability of the Swing account would make it much more attractive for long-term and position-based traders.

★★★☆☆FTMOはとても素晴らしい。ただ、日次5%や最大10%の損失を出していなくても報酬がもらえないなど、不当な扱いや口座喪失を恐れさせるルールもあります。ルールが主観的で不明確です。例えば片建て（One Sided Betting）ルール。高リスク・高リターンのギャンブルを防ぎたいのは理解できますが、同一方向に複数ポジションを持つこと自体は、合計ロットが大きすぎない限り高リスクを意味しません。私は特定の銘柄で同一方向に複数ポジションを持つのが好きです。方向や理想的なエントリー価格が正しいか確信できないため、各注文のロットを小さくして改善の余地を残すのです。片建てルールには明確なリスク水準の明示が絶対に必要だと思います。重要なのはリスクであって、ポジション数ではありません。1取引あたり最大1%損失のようなルールも利益を出しにくくします。1%超のリスクを取って利益を出した人にも報酬は支払われるべきです。この1%ルールで報酬を得られない人は、全員にルールが伝えられておらず、2%や4%の含み損を取って報酬を得ている人もいる以上、不公平を感じます。責めたりクレーマーになるつもりはなく、問題点を伝えたいだけです。ご理解に感謝します。
FTMO is super great. However, some kind of rules make me fear of loosing my account or facing injustice like do not get my rewards, even if I didn't take 5% loss daily or 10% maximum loss. The rules are subjective and unclear. For example, One Sided Betting Rule. I understand you don't want ppl to gambit and take high risk for high returns, but having multiple trade on one direction (ask or bid) doesn't mean to take a huge risk as long as the total lots are not huge enough to be considered taking high risk. I personally like to have multiple positions in one direction in one specific stock, because I cannot ensure whether my direction is right and the entry price is the ideal or correct price to take profit. We trade while we are observing the price's movements. Thus, I would reduce the lots of every bid or ask I'm going to make and to have more spaces for improving the situation. From my perspective, a clear risk level declared in one sided betting rule is very necessary. Most importantly, the key point is risk, not multiple positions. Any other rules like maximum 1% loss per trade. That makes it hard to earn profit, and if that person earns profits by baring more than 1% risk, their rewards should be paid. Someone who don't get their reward by this 1% maximum loss per trade rule are facing inequality because you didn't tell "everyone" this rule and someone get rewards by baring 2% or even 4% unrealized loss. I don't mean to blame or be Karen, but trying to tell you some kind of problems. Thanks for your understanding.
