I passed my Nexus challenge with Think Capital and made two successful payouts. The platform and dashboard were good, and for a while, everything seemed to be working well. However, without any warning or clear evidence, my account was suddenly closed by an admin who claimed 'giveaway abuse.' No proof was provided, and I was given no chance to defend myself or clarify. After 3–4 months of silence, they emailed me again, offering a 'fresh start' — but this time with a Lightning or Bolt challenge, both of which have trailing drawdown. My original Nexus account had no trailing drawdown, and the replacement offer felt like a downgrade, not a fair resolution. Even the spreads on major pairs like EURUSD were noticeably wider during London sessions, which made trading more difficult than it should be. I appreciate the good dashboard and mobile app, but trust and fairness are more important than interface design. Closing a funded trader’s account without proof, then offering an inferior replacement months later, doesn’t feel like a partnership — it feels like a risk. That said, if Think Capital improves their communication, provides clear evidence before closing accounts, and offers fair replacements, they have the potential to be a good prop firm. Their infrastructure is solid — they just need to back it up with transparency and respect for traders who prove themselves. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes. ★☆☆☆☆2026年7月18日にインスタント・ファンディング口座を購入しました。未だに口座にアクセスできません。パスワードが間違っていると表示され、リセットメールは一切届きません。 サポートチャットはAIボットで、サポートへの入力を受け付けず、一般的な情報のボタンを押すだけのものです。パスワードのリセットや返金申請を支援するアカウント設定もありません。要するに、私がお金を払ったのは取引口座ではなく、紹介用ダッシュボードを見るためでした。 これは詐欺集団の振る舞いです。それに応じて行動してください。
I purchased an instant funding account on 7/18/2026. STILL do not have access to the account. It claims an incorrect password, and reset emails are never sent. Support chat is an AI bot that does not allow for support input, only general information button pushes. There are no account settings to assist with a password reset, or request a refund. In essence, I paid to look at an intro dashboard, not a trading account. This is the behavior of a scam outfit. Tread accordingly.

i have been using thinkcapital for about 3 months now,and my exprience have been pretty smooth overall,there is one step evaluation ,this let you get funded as soon as you passed the 1 step challenge,elitepropx passed for me,the bat part is that is integrated with tradingview,and is easy to take trades directly from tradingview.this alone made me love this firm.

I have used think capital before as well as other propfirms but I must say Think Capital stands out for it's customer service, iv been nothing but a pain I can imagine but was helped through my particular issues, help ful and very quick response.. I highly recommend as if u have problems there is nothing worse than waiting days for a reply and through day and night there response time was very quick (5 to 10) min sometimes quicker, can't recommend enough.

What is the #1 aspect any trader looks for in a prop firm? I'm pretty sure (at least for me), it's that they actually pay out. Everything else is secondary, a "nice to have". Actually, being able to withdraw your earnings is the critical part. And so far, I can only recommend ThinkCapital, as I've requested and received 4 payouts. Now, these haven't been very large, and so i can't comment on how large payouts would fare, but I've received ~4.5K in total from them without any problems. I was warned to reduce my leverage at my second payout, but they still made the payout and, since then, I have received two more while following the leverage guidelines carefully. I will update if things change, but I thus far would rate ThinkCapital as very trustworthy, up there with any of the top Forex firms. The cherry on top is that their customer service is highly responsive and excellent.

★☆☆☆☆1,782ドルの出金を拒否され、2ステッププログラムを廃止するという理由で口座を閉鎖されました。廃止するなら、せめて私の出金と返金はしてください。返金すら拒否されました。 出金と返金がなされるまで、このレビューは削除しません。 そちらの返信を受け取りましたが、どの会社でも、あるエリアでサービスを廃止する場合、継続期間中に発生した獲得済みの出金は必ず清算するものです。私が受け取った返金は前回の出金と一緒に処理されたもので、出金と一緒に返金するのがそちらの方針でした。口座を閉鎖するなら、せめて出金分は支払ってください。それは口座閉鎖の決定より前に発生したものなのですから。
they rejected my withdraw of 1782 $ and closed my account because they claimed that they are discontinueing 2 step program, if you are going to discontinue atleast give me my payout and refund, they also refused to give me my refund . i will not delete the review until they give me my payout and refund. As I received your reply if any firm discontinue their service in any area, they always clear the earned payout which have been generated during the continued period and the refund which i receive was with the previous payout and it was your policy to give refund with the payout. upon your closure of account atleast give me my payout and because it was made before your closure decision.

First time I bought an account where no one mentioned that this is a great prop firm, however, they proved it right by closing my account breached for news trading today the 6th of July when there was no news whatsoever. Not great, trading view trading sucks. Dont suggest to anyone, never going back to try again

I chose ThinkCapital at first because it is backed by ThinkMarkets, a broker I have had experience with. Almost everything was fine while I was in the challenge phase, just the app was a bit slower to log in compared to MT5, but the overall trading experience was okay. Unfortunately, regular challenge accounts are no longer available to Malaysian traders, so I couldn't continue my journey with them. While disappointing, the Risk Team handled the situation professionally, communicated clearly, and processed my refund promptly as promised. I appreciate their professionalism and hope regular challenge accounts will be available to Malaysian again in the future.
