Think Capital is a Scam broker Remove SL by Tech team and Breach Live account Dear ThinkCapital Support Team, I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding my funded account. I have observed actions on my account that indicate backend intervention. My Stop Loss (SL) was clearly set at 5213, yet the trade was closed at 5170. This execution is not consistent with normal market behavior or slippage conditions. Based on the chart and market movement at that time, such a difference is technically unjustified. As a result of this issue, my account was marked as breached. This appears to be completely unfair and raises serious concerns about the integrity of account handling from your backend team. I have already suffered the loss of a 100k account recently, and this current situation has caused further financial and emotional stress. I have always trusted ThinkCapital due to its reputation, but this incident has deeply damaged that trust. If this matter is not properly reviewed and resolved with transparency, I will be left with no option but to escalate the issue publicly. My community and I are prepared to discontinue working with ThinkCapital and highlight this issue across social media platforms to ensure awareness among other traders. I request: 1. A full investigation of my account activity. 2. A detailed execution report of the trade in question. 3. A clear explanation of how my SL was removed or bypassed. 4. I recently had the opportunity to trade with ThinkCapital, and I want to share my honest experience so far. First, I received a free $50,000 account through Zamco giveaway, which was a great opportunity. The onboarding process was smooth, and getting access to the funded account was straightforward. It’s always impressive when a company runs giveaways that genuinely reward traders with real opportunities. During my time trading the $50K account, I found the platform environment stable and execution reliable. The dashboard was easy to navigate, and the rules were clear, which made it easier to focus purely on trading rather than worrying about hidden conditions. After successfully completing the payout requirements, I received a payout certificate showing $3,171.47. The certificate looks professional and clearly outlines the account size and payout amount, which adds transparency to the process. At the moment, I am still waiting for the funds to hit my Rise account, and I will update once the payment is fully processed. I understand that payout processing can take some time depending on the provider, so I’m patiently waiting. Overall, I appreciate the opportunity ThinkCapital provided through the Zamco giveaway. On my Think Capital platform I placed 2 or Buy orders and lost rapidly as Buy orders moved in my favor. The more it moved in my favor the more I lost causing a violation to Renew my plan. Never again.!!!! Watch for this move with your account. It's wrong to do this so people can Reset Accounts

Here is the honest review about ThinkCapital. I didn’t buy the account in ThinkCapital. I participated in the competition/query and got the account as a gift. I participated in other competitions/queries with ThinkCapital but didn’t get any account as promised. This time I have got it, I guess, because of a lot of complaints in Trustpilot. There were a lot of complaints that ThinkCapital promised but didn’t give the challenge. Then I started to trade. The only platform where I could trade was a mobile application. I tried to open my account in MT4 and MT5, but it was impossible, I guess because my credentials were not in the database. I tried to open a web trade, but with the same result. I sent a letter to ThinkCapital. They sent me to ThinkTrader (the broker). ThinkTrader sent me back to ThinkCapital. ThinkCapital said that you have the same email in the prop firm account and a trading account, but you have to have a different email for each of them. I gave them a different email. It was changed, but I could not enter my account in WebTrader anyway. I left the attempts to open a web trader and continued to trade with the mobile application. The mobile application is lagging; it’s difficult to open it and to set up the trades. The second problem is spreads; they are unbelievably higher, about 13 for major forex pairs, while in other prop firms they are only 2-3, or even 0. I continued to trade and somehow passed both stages. I had a Nexus challenge with the profit target (7%, 6%, and 5%). I passed the first and second phases. In the third phase, a bum happened. I set a limit order for the DAX40 at 15:00, and during the high-impact news at 16:30, the order opened. According to their rules, any trading during the high-impact news will cause the termination of the account. Thus, everything is fair, as I think. But other prop firms can put red flags for news trading, they may cut your profit, and they may put restrictions on stop orders and not on limit orders. But termination of the trading account just because of the trade, which was opened by limit order during the news, is a very tough decision, especially for the profitable trader. But, during the last few days, I wasn’t so attentive, because I realized that they are doing their best to make the trader fail. It’s not the correct way of doing business in the prop firm industry. They have to do their best to make you earn, because if you earn, they will earn; that is the healthy way to do business in the prop firm industry. Of course, if the prop firm isn’t using the primitive way of business, which is called a kitchen. Thus, if you are a profitable trader, I would not recommend you to ThinkCapital. There are better options.

My payout was declined without brealing the rules. Edit after thinkcapital reply, my payout was denited becasue I used to much margin but i have asked support and I adjusted to recommendation even more i used much less margin (i have all email to confirm that)

Update: this was due to an issue with the thinkmarkets server. It took A few days but the admin were helpful in sorting this out. So have updated the star rating. took out a 100K lightning challenge with Thinkcapital. All going well and I was managing the drawdown and rules carefully. Then two profitable trades just disappeared from my account. After 24 hours still no clarification from their team. Then today I started on 105K equity and finished on 104K, yet I had an email saying that the daily drawdown limit of 3K had been breached. I had a few losing trades and then made them back but the losing trades weren't anywhere close to the 3K DDL. I have asked for a refund on their fee and they said that they will respond in 48 hours. I will change the rating if they clarify their system has made an error but for now steer clear - poor and slow customer service and clearly a platform that has major issues and just shuts accounts for no reason.
