I am writing this review as a funded trader who wants to build a serious partnership, and I am fully ready to scale up by purchasing two more challenge accounts. I am still in Phase One. Unfortunately, I already contacted front-line support, but they were not able to help me and completely blocking me from reaching management or compliance. During my first few weeks, I made an honest beginner mistake purely out of ignorance regarding the external copy trading policy, which I immediately stopped once I understood the rules. I have been trading 100% independently ever since.  There is a huge chance that my potential future payouts will eventually be declined because of this initial mistake. I want to be completely transparent and honest BEFORE requesting a payout in the future, but support refuses to escalate my case to the risk team or a supervisor. Operating under total financial uncertainty is impossible. I have to be sure if an official resolution would be possible before payout. I am more than happy to discuss an official resolution, such as a formal pardon or an account history reset, so I can trade with total peace of mind without the risk of my payouts being denied later on. I urge a supervisor or Head of Compliance to contact me immediately to resolve this.

Trading with them is smooth, my problem is their rules. The news trading rule is too strict. Why should even a single news execution cause the account to be closed? A news release triggered my SL and that's it, account gone. And it's even crazy that this is a challenge account, not funded. Worse, they didn't send any confirmation of an account breach, I just couldn't execute trade till I start tracing what the problem was. Rules like this just makes the firm look shady and is looking for any reason to make traders fail. To new traders, think capital news trading rule is wicked, so pick other firms that just remove the profit made from trading the news even for funded accounts.
