ThinkCapital is really not taking its customers seriously after closure of my account and saying we've closed the services in your region that's the reason we are closing your account but my friend who's from the same country has still access to his account and is trading peacefully .

Be Very carefull traders!!!!!⚠️ Such a fraudulant company, without any prior notice they banned our region,denied payout which was requested almost 7,8 days before they took the decision and yet they came shamelessly to reply on my review even accepting they are incompetent and just a fraudulant company which will snub your payouts. Earned $1,545, Payout Denied ⭐ 1/5 Passed the two-step challenge, followed all the rules, and legitimately earned a $1,545 payout. When I requested my payout, ThinkCapital rejected it due to their internal operational limitations and policy changes. They acknowledged that my trading was legitimate and that I had not violated any rules, yet still refused to pay the profits I earned. Weeks of hard work and discipline were wasted because of issues on their end. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ThinkCapital to any serious trader.

Thinkcapital rejected my funded account (Lightning) and breached my other 2 accounts (Nexus). For me personally, It's better to be rejected now than later when it comes time to payout. And I know they're going down. It's better for it to happen soon as possible than for more people to be scammed. Search for "rejected" in their discord server and you will know. Reason for the breach: "Regular challenge accounts have been discontinued and permanently removed from our product catalogue for your region" But on their website, they still offer the same regular challenge accounts, and my country isn’t on the list of restricted countries. My reply to your reply: Who said I’m from Pakistan? The name Piyush might sound like an Indian name, but I’m Pius and I'm not from either of those countries. You know Pope Pius II/III/V etc.? You don't. By the way, I’m not the only trader you’ve treated this way. You’ve treated many of traders in various cross-border communities I'm part of - the same way, even though on your website, those countries (including mine) aren’t included in the list of restricted countries.

they are refusing to give me my funded account and terminating all the accounts in pakistan. i purchased 8 account from JAN 2026 till now and this is the 2nd time i was getting funded but upon getting the credentials for live phase i received the mail stating think capital is discontinuing heir service in our region and terminated my live account

This Propfirm scammed me wanted my 4 months, I passed 3 phases in 4 months span of time, but after passing they closed their operations and now rejected to even compensate me yes I got the account from giveaway but those 4 months and finally getting to funded stage all that in vain ?? Well they closed operations and secretly emailed me not mentioning anything in public or announcing that we closing in this region, was this all make over to Dodge me I need Compensation

I recently had my ThinkCapital challenge account permanently suspended for alleged “group hedging & account collusion”. I strongly deny these accusations — I have always traded my account alone without any coordination with other traders. Despite requesting concrete evidence multiple times (specific trades, timestamps, correlating accounts, etc.), ThinkCapital refused to provide any proof. They only replied with generic statements about their “sophisticated algorithms” and “privacy obligations” toward other parties. No details, no screenshots, nothing I could verify or defend myself against. When I asked for a refund of my challenge fee (purchased in February), they immediately declared the decision “final” and refused any refund. This feels highly unfair and one-sided. What bothers me most is the complete lack of transparency. How can a company take someone’s money, accuse them of serious rule violations, lock the account, and then refuse to show even basic evidence? This is not how a professional prop firm should operate. I have traded with several prop firms before and never experienced anything like this. If you value fairness, clear communication, and the ability to defend yourself against allegations, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Avoid ThinkCapital unless you enjoy gambling your challenge fee with zero accountability.

tried to trade with this platform, when i tried to verify my picture ID it would not do anything. tried for hrs. wished they would have said something about their bad setup so i could have bypass them up. bad experience with this prop firm never again! dumb set up

They are scammers—a fraudulent company. I passed the funding challenge and submitted my account for the first 3.5% payout, but they refused, claiming I violated the rules by using the same strategy I used to pass the challenge. Be careful; don't lose your money. According to this scammer's reply, my strategy works for passing the exam but doesn't work when I'm actually making a profit—what dishonest people. He replied to a lot of people, I assume with fake excuses for everyone; a garbage company.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a trading company. Think Capital provided me with an account, but I was never able to log in to ThinkTrader. What should have been a simple issue to resolve turned into a complete nightmare because their support team seemed either unwilling or unable to help. I contacted support multiple times and kept receiving the same generic, robotic responses over and over again. It honestly felt like I was talking to a broken chatbot instead of real customer support. Every message was practically a copy-paste of the previous one, with no effort to understand or solve the actual problem. Special mention to Asif from support, who somehow managed to respond without ever addressing the issue. If there were an award for sending repetitive, unhelpful replies while completely ignoring a customer's problem, he would be a strong contender. The result? My issue remained unresolved, I could not access the account I was given, and eventually the account was blocked due to inactivity. The irony is that the inactivity was caused by the very login problem I repeatedly asked them to fix. A company that cannot help a customer access their own account and then allows that account to be blocked because of the unresolved issue is showing a serious lack of customer care and professionalism. My experience with Think Capital was a complete waste of time. Poor support, poor communication, and zero accountability. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice before trusting them with their time or money.

WARNING TO ALL TRADERS My experience with ThinkCapital has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I paid for their evaluation, followed the process, and successfully passed the challenge by reaching the required 10% profit target. After becoming funded, I continued trading with the same strategy and generated approximately 4% profit. However, when I requested a payout, it was rejected because they suddenly claimed my trading strategy was “prohibited.” The problem is that this same strategy was apparently acceptable while they were collecting my evaluation fee and allowing me to pass the challenge. It only became an issue when it was time to pay me. As a result, my profits were denied and my account was reset. From my perspective, this creates a system where traders can pass the evaluation, trade successfully, and still be denied payment afterward based on subjective interpretations of the rules. I feel completely misled by this experience. If a strategy is truly prohibited, it should be detected and disallowed before a trader passes the challenge—not after they become funded and request a payout. I spent time, effort, and money meeting their requirements, only to be denied compensation when I became profitable. Based on my personal experience, I do not trust ThinkCapital and would strongly advise traders to read every rule carefully and think twice before purchasing a challenge.
