This site are not trustworthy, stay away from them. My funded account was banned without genuine reason. It's so worrisome and disappointing. I will not recommend them to anyone. Don't use them.

I never had a problem with Thinkmarkets, I like their customer service because they are professional and they provide fast replies. The issue is honesty. They dish a warning because of "gambling" when Im close to a payout, then on the DAY of payout they reset the funded account with winnings that put me at top 5 on funded leader boards to phase 1. I do not recommend this firm since they were okay with my strategy when it was failing phases. Lucid Trading is 100x better with fast payouts. Probably others too but my favourite is Lucid.

my 5k lightining account got banned due to multiple profile which i can't understand how can one account have multiple profile what type of system is this?!...i even don't place any order but when i try to place it say breached...lately you become unreliable thinkcapitals

As soon as I passed the account, I immediately got the breach message telling I was using multiple profile they didn't even did kyc,I asked them for proof they didn't reply single mail, If took me more then 3months to pass all pharse and all that for breach all my hard work was vanished. Really disappointing prop firm Waste of time and money.

My experience with ThinkCapital started well as I successfully received two payouts. However, my account was later manually breached by the risk team with the explanation that I had multiple profiles. I only used one account and never created multiple profiles. After the breach, I contacted customer support and also emailed the risk team asking for clarification and proof, but I did not receive a clear explanation or response. Additionally, when I tried to discuss the issue in their Discord community, I was timed out by an admin, which prevented me from sharing or resolving the situation publicly. I believe companies should provide clear evidence and transparent communication when taking serious actions like breaching an account. I hope ThinkCapital can review this situation and improve how they handle trader concerns.

Think Capital is a straight scam, Trader's stay away from these Prop Scams, they flood your inbox forcing you to buy challenges, they closed my phase two account, and lied saying I breached their rules after stopping all accounts on MT5, saying all accounts are going to moved to their local platform, when I was waiting for my new account details to log in to the new platform, that's when they send me an email days after MT5 accounts closed, saying you breached our rules and never mentioned which rule I broke, afterwards they started sending more emails saying don't worry a lot people fail many times before passing their challenge, they hated me, because I was not breaching their rules, Traders stay away from prop firms, Trade your own live accounts, find yourself a good broker, Now I have freedom trading my own Live account, I will never look back on these Prop Scams, you do not need to prove to anyone that you can trade only yourself, remember it will take time, but you will conquer.

I participated in ThinkCapital giveaways and actually won twice during their stream. The first account was issued without any issue, which I appreciated. However, after waiting more than a month for the second account, my account was suddenly banned for “multiple profiles.” This explanation doesn’t make sense because if that were truly a violation, the first account would never have been issued. I understand many prop firms are currently facing financial pressure, and I genuinely sympathize with that. But using this as a retroactive reason after delays instead of being transparent with the community is disappointing. I hope ThinkCapital chooses a more transparent way to handle situations like this in the future.

Think capital gave free 10k account to everyone who participated in the giveaway , I also recieved the free account and I blew it . Today I recieved a mail saying that I created multiple profiles and I have been banned , lol I didn't have any active account with them . They banned me for no reason and that's funny . Stay away from them guys

Every Propfirm is allowing News trading on evaluation. But this propfirm make this rule because they know people do trade in news intentionally or unintentionally. Unintentionally means they have a setup and buy gold according their setup. On the other hand there is news came. So they breach the account. If you want to ban news. You can give warning for news trading. You can minus the profit. But what is the mean of account breach. This prop firm just want more money. Very bad experience with this propfirm. I have community. I would recommend everyone not to buy this prop firm account.

WARNING: Think Capital is a complete scam. I paid $209 on January 28, 2026 for a challenge account, and over 33 days later, I still have nothing. My bank confirms that the payment was received by the company, yet they refuse to provide any service. This is not a small mistake, this is theft. Support is useless, evasive, and clearly designed to trap your money while giving nothing in return. I have already filed a Visa dispute under “Service Not Received (Reason Code 13.3)” because this company has stolen my funds. Do not, under any circumstances, send them money. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and have zero respect for their customers. If you value your hard-earned money, stay far away from Think Capital. I repeat: this company is disgusting, fraudulent, and dangerous. Money sent to them is at high risk of being lost forever.
