I was a Fintokei trader for months, successfully completed 4 payouts and had the 5th in progress. On December 15, 2025, I received a warning for "irresponsible trading patterns" (reliance on high-impact trades). The risk team (Martin) provided detailed feedback and recommendations (e.g., keep the most profitable trade below 60-70% of total profits). I was actively engaging, thanking them and committing to adapt my strategy with partial profits to comply. Three days later, on December 18, I received an email accusing me of "prohibited practices" (hedging and/or copying transactions between accounts). All my accounts, profile, and any Provider relationship were immediately and permanently terminated – no refund, no appeal, no comeback. I have always traded manually and independently, with no hedging or copying. When I politely asked for any high-level evidence or details (account numbers, timestamps, patterns), they repeatedly refused, stating everything is "internal and confidential" and that I should "be fully aware of what happened". This is not transparent at all. From constructive dialogue to permanent ban in 3 days, without any proof or chance to defend myself. It feels unfair and arbitrary. I lost all progress, pending payouts, and access forever. Be careful – even if you follow rules and engage positively, they can close everything overnight without explanation. *Update after reply* Thank you for the response and for confirming that all previous payouts were paid in full. I respect your risk management processes and the need to protect the platform. However, the claim of “clear evidence” accumulated over time does not align with my experience, as I traded manually and independently without any prohibited practices. Additionally, several friends of mine faced the same immediate termination for “prohibited practices” shortly after purchasing a challenge – in some cases, after opening just one or a few trades. This raises questions about the sensitivity of the detection system and potential false positives. The lack of any specific evidence or opportunity to address the issue before permanent termination remains disappointing for a platform that emphasizes supporting serious traders.
