I just got my first payout approved, and I can already see the challenge fee refund on my card statement. I can only recommend Fintokei. Trading rules that are easy to understand, good spread, flawless trading conditions, and excellent customer service. I see others have issues with restrictions, but I haven't had any problems. I only risk around 1% overall, which they recommend.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience with Fintokei. They provide what they promise, clear rules to benefit a longterm thinking trader and to remove the "Get rich quick" traders. Customer service is helpful and responsive, although at times there can be minor friction, likely due to language or experience gaps. For example, when i first started i didn't know that the contract size on their platform was 20, which caused some confusion with position sizing from a third-party position calculator. Once i figured that out with help from the third-party position calculators support, calculating position size is no problem. However, I do believe this kind of information should be clearly communicated upfront to avoid misunderstandings. Whit that said, everything else has run smoothly. Login details and account access were delivered quickly, and I’ve already received my first payout of without any issues. I’ve read in earlier reviews that some traders have been restricted shortly after receiving their funded account. In my experience, this hasn’t been the case. As long as you follow the rules and risk responsibly (I keep it between 0.5% and 1% per trade), you won’t run into issues. My guess is that many of those who get restricted may be approaching trading with a “get rich quick” mentality. I like that Fintokei is a serious prop firm, and I’m excited to be part of their journey early on as they expand into the European market. Fintokei is relatively new in the prop firm space, but they’re steadily improving the user experience and adding features. One thing I believe could be automated in the future is the certification process for passing Phase 1, Phase 2, and Verification. If you're looking for a prop firm that supports traders who prioritize solid risk management and long-term thinking, Fintokei is worth considering.
