During my trading with Fintokei, I did not come across any serious problem. The rules and parameters of their compliance are clear and easy to understand. I would highlight the really fast payment of money from the profit and perfect communication from the support team. It's nice that you get an answer right away and don't have to wait half a day. This is especially important in cases where there are any problems with logging in to the platform and a business opportunity is coming. I rate the web interface after logging into the account as very successful. Everything is shown clearly and without unnecessary pathos. The only complaint I had was with the trading platforms, but that doesn't apply anymore, cTrader is the best. I wish you much success and serious traders in your future work, and at the same time I thank you in this way for the opportunity to trade in markets with the necessary capital. ★☆☆☆☆ここでは取引しない方がいいです。ここでトレードアカウントを購入してトレードしましたが、説明されていなかったルールを理由に拒否されました。ルールがきちんと説明されていません。納得がいかなかったのでサポートに連絡しましたが、悪質なクレーマーのように扱われました。他にもプロップファームはあるので、ここで取引する理由はありません。この投稿をした後、この会社から個人情報を提供するよう求める連絡がありました。私は応じるつもりはありません。私は自分が経験したことを伝えているだけで、この会社を信頼するかどうかは各個人が判断することです。隠れたルールを使って顧客を巧妙に欺くような会社は信頼しません。この会社にこれほど多くの利用者がいるのに、ネガティブなレビューがまったくないのは不可解です。これらの理解しがたいルールは不公平だと主張しましたが、彼らはまったく反省していません。
I would not do business here. I bought a trading account here and traded, but was rejected because of rules that were not explained to me. The rules are not well explained. I was not satisfied, so I contacted support, but they treated me like a malicious complainer. There are other prop firms out there, so there is no reason to deal here.I was contacted by this company after I made this post asking me to give them my personal information. I am not going to answer. I am telling you what I have experienced and it is up to the individual to decide if they trust this company or not. I would not trust a company that uses hidden rules to elaborately deceive their customers. It is strange that there are so many users of this company and yet there are no negative reviews at all. I have argued that these incomprehensible rules are unfair, but they are not remorseful at all.
