As someone with a lot of experience in the prop firm space, I can confidently say that Brightfunded stands out from the rest. I started my journey with them in 2025, and after months of trading on their platform, my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The trade execution is absolutely perfect—smooth, reliable, and exactly what you need as a serious trader. Their dashboard is also incredibly well-designed, clean, and provides all the data and analytics you need to track your progress easily. One of the most important things for any funded trader is the payout process, and I’m happy to report that payouts with Brightfunded are incredibly fast and completely hassle-free. Lastly, their customer support is extremely fast and efficient. A massive shoutout to Jude from the support team, who has been exceptionally helpful and professional. If you are looking for a reliable prop firm, I highly recommend Brightfunded!

This is by far the worst execution I’ve experienced with any prop firm. I run 9 prop firm accounts simultaneously on a VPS using a trade copier, so I can directly compare performance across firms on the exact same trades. The difference is shocking. Where all other firms show around +$190 (±$20), this firm consistently shows - $250 on identical trades. This is not spread or commission — this is systematic negative slippage, and always in the worst possible direction. It feels like trades are being filled at the worst available price every time. Such a large and consistent discrepancy raises serious concerns about execution integrity. I haven’t tested payouts yet, so I won’t go as far as 1 star — but based purely on execution, this is unacceptable.

I am "Brightfunded's" funded account user. My experience with them was going very well but they totally demolished it by restricting me for 1% daily loss limit directly from 5%. They clearly mentioned it everywhere, that their would be 5% DD on funded stage. I received my last payout today and just after receiving it they restricted my account for just 1% daily loss. They are doing totally injustice with their traders. I become its victim so its my duty to aware all of you.

I truly believed I had found a great company when I first joined Brightfunded. The onboarding experience was smooth, communication was friendly, and I felt excited—finally, a firm that seemed different and trustworthy. But everything changed once I received my first funded account. It was during the XAUUSD bull run. I passed both challenge phases by holding onto a winning trade for several days, showing patience and proper risk control. Instead of encouragement, I was suddenly labelled a risky trader and placed under a “1% daily risk” program. Honestly, there wasn’t even enough data to call me risky. Maybe I was lucky—but definitely not reckless. Still, I accepted the decision and took it as a challenge to prove my consistency. Then came my first payout—and my first real disappointment. I had purchased a €767.25 package (a $100k account with add-ons). But when the payout came, only USD390.24 was refunded. I questioned it immediately, assuming it must have been a mistake. But customer support insisted it was correct, claiming exchange rate differences and transfer fees. Let’s be real—that kind of difference is obviously unreasonable. No fair exchange rate or transfer fee could justify losing nearly half the amount. Still, I had no choice but to accept it helplessly. Over the next five weeks, I stayed committed. Despite the 1% daily risk cap, I traded responsibly, achieved four separate payouts, and repeatedly requested that my restriction be reviewed. Every time, I was denied without any explanation. Around that time, Brightfunded introduced the new 15% Challenge Reward program. Since my account started in early January, I wasn’t sure if I was eligible—so I checked with customer support before continuing. They clearly confirmed that I was eligible. I worked hard toward that goal, trading carefully and patiently. But when I finally reached the target and reached out to claim my reward, I was told out of nowhere that my account wasn’t eligible after all. They called it a “misunderstanding.” Even when I showed screenshots and proof of what support had told me earlier, they dismissed it outright. After that, things escalated quickly. My access to customer support was cut off. My payout (without the 15% reward) was processed anyway. Then my account was banned without any explanation. To make matters worse, I was warned not to share my experience publicly—an act that felt deeply unfair and intimidating. I even reached out personally to the CEO, Jelle, on Telegram on 25 February 2026. He replied on 17 March, asking me to provide details of my case, which I did immediately and in full. But since then, there has been no response and no action whatsoever. In summary: - I was placed under a 1% daily risk restriction without any clear basis. - My refund after payout was far below what was fair or reasonable. - I was denied the 15% reward I was clearly told I was eligible for. - My account was banned without explanation. - I lost all access to customer support after raising these issues. - Even my direct outreach to the CEO was quietly ignored. I had such high hopes for Brightfunded. I heard good stories about its origin and believed in its values. But what I experienced over those five short weeks—confusion, silence, and the feeling of being silenced—was heartbreaking. I still hope CEO Jelle reads this personally. I’m not writing out of anger; I’m writing out of disappointment. Because when someone truly believes in your company and places their trust in it, this kind of treatment cuts deeply. I just want to be heard—and to see fairness restored.

I read an article on Google that was fake. This was confirmed on Instagram. Google has also confirmed that the article was fake. Since then, I have been receiving calls from fake phone numbers many times a day from employees of Bright Funded, who claimed to work with Finance Phantom. They have tried to lure me into investing on the platform: Traiding View Everything about Bright Funded, Finance Phantom and Trading View seems to be an attempt to lure me into investing money under false pretenses. It has been quite impossible to get out of the attempt to lure me into investing. Even when they try to guide me to be deleted, it turns out that they maintain the registration.
