So everyone can see what is happening here: they cannot give a clear answer, and they cannot provide any evidence.They keep repeating the same robotic responses without actually addressing my questions. First, they claimed “reverse trading.” I explained why that accusation makes no sense and made it clear that there was no reverse trading involved. Then, they changed their accusation to “group trading.” I asked them to prove it. I asked for the trading records, timings, positions, and any actual evidence supporting their claim. But they still couldn't provide anything. Instead, they continue repeating the same statements without proof. I have worked with many prop firms, and not a single one has ever made an accusation like this against me. At this point, it honestly feels like they are afraid of letting me continue trading because I am making profits. Rather than proving their accusations, they simply breached my accounts. And I will NOT just sit and wait until I get my rights. For everyone following this: tomorrow I have another payout of $104,600. If they process it, let's see what happens next. If they breach that account as well, it will make the situation even clearer. Maybe they have simply never seen a trader who is this successful. 😂 They also told me during my last review to contact their support team. Do you know what happened? I sent more than 10 emails to both their support and risk departments, and I still haven't received a proper answer. My advice to everyone: be extremely careful before trusting BrightFunded. If a company can accuse you of rule violations but cannot provide the evidence behind those accusations, that's a serious red flag. I will continue pushing this until I get a proper explanation and my rights

Hello traders, this is for everyone who wants to work with brightfunded firm! i bought 3 accounts 30 days ago, i made it to funded phase and i made profit in two of them, i requested my payout and they were looking for making excuses not to send me payouts, just now i received email that my both accounts have been breached due to nonsense excuses with sending me payouts ! I want my account to be back not only payouts!! Guys stay away from them since i have made this mistake working with them, i just made profit that's all!!

I had a $1,000 BrightFunded One-Step account. My account peaked at $1,020.49, and I understood that the 6% maximum drawdown was trailing based on the highest equity, including floating P&L. After the peak, my listed losses totaled only $33.04, and my loss for the day of the breach was only $3. I was careful with my risk and had a $3 stop loss on the trade. BrightFunded then told me the account was breached because my equity supposedly fell below the trailing drawdown level. The problem is not simply that the account was breached. The problem is that support refused to show me the numbers that supposedly prove it. I repeatedly tried to understand the breach, but instead of providing my recorded high-water mark, the exact trailing threshold, the equity level at breach, and the timestamp, I was essentially given “the breach is valid” and “kind regards.” If the breach is legitimate, show the calculation. Tell me the exact HWM, the exact breach level, and the exact equity that triggered it. A trading firm should be able to transparently explain why a customer’s account was terminated. “The breach is valid” is not an explanation. Very disappointing experience with both the account termination and the customer support response.
