The support team is unhelpful. The platform doesn't offer demo accounts, only view-only platforms for seeing spreads. They don't list that some symbols have arbitrary size limits and I only found out about this after starting a challenge. Because I executed a trade they would not let me refund/reset with these limits in mind (I had to plan a work around for my strategy). I cannot keep working with them so I threw away $700 on a challenge.

I have been an affiliate for several Prop Firms, and this is the first time I have encountered such obstructive behavior regarding legitimate commissions. I have an outstanding withdrawal of approximately €1,043 which has been pending since December 22, 2025. Despite my attempts to resolve this quietly to avoid causing distress to the traders using my link, the company has consistently moved the goalposts to avoid payment. The Issues: Payment Evasion: After requesting my payout, I was contacted by "Risk Management"—a department that typically handles trading, not affiliates. They alleged vague violations of partnership terms without providing any evidence. Unprofessional Conduct by the CEO: After weeks of silence, CEO Jelle Dijkstra intervened personally. Despite providing proof of my promotional activities (Telegram groups, WhatsApp, and a public PDF guide offering free MT5 indicator setups for my users), he made unreasonable demands. His latest request is to personally enter private Telegram groups with over 8,000 members where I promoted the link. As I am not the owner of these groups, I cannot grant access, yet they are using this as an excuse to withhold my funds. Misleading Dashboard Practices: I have observed that BrightFunded often displays higher discounts to users in their dashboards than what the affiliate link provides, which is unprofessional and undermines the affiliate’s credibility. Hidden Trading Rules: Beyond the affiliate issues, be aware that they frequently apply a 1% daily drawdown limit that is not clearly stated in the standard rules, regardless of your trading style. Conclusion: I have provided emails, screenshots, and contact details for group administrators to prove the legitimacy of my traffic. All users are real, and all sales are documented. At this stage, I consider BrightFunded a SCAM company that changes rules arbitrarily to avoid paying their partners.
