I have passed my two step 200k account, first the system rejected my kyc but then after 2 days the team manually completed my kyc,but still I didn't get my funded account and its been two days but i thing this delay is because of weekend and as soon i received my live account I will update her also, and then also increase the rating to 5 star 🌟

Helpful Support Team and Quick Resolution I recently passed both challenges with The5ers and faced an issue during the KYC verification process, as my initial verification was rejected without a clear reason. I contacted the support team to understand the issue, and they were helpful throughout the process. They reset my KYC option, allowing me to complete the verification again, and my KYC was successfully approved. I appreciate the support team for addressing the issue and helping me move forward. Overall, I’m satisfied with the support and hope to receive my Master Account soon. 👍

Finally got my first 4-digit payout, and it’s none other than The5ers. That’s why I love them. There was a little delay because so many traders were requesting payouts, and I also had to go through a risk interview. Honestly, I think that’s important for the firm as well as for real traders who actually know what they’re doing. The whole process was smooth, and yeah… I finally got it! My experience with The5ers has been really mixed. I passed the 2-step $100K challenge and started trading on the funded $100K account. I then achieved around $11K in profit. Before I had the opportunity to withdraw, my account was scaled up to $125K. On August 6, I requested a payout of $15,800, which includes profits from both the $100K and $125K account stages. I also attended the interview and answered all of their questions. Now, after 10 days, my withdrawal is still pending. So far, payout time and holding interview preventing me to give 5 stars, but support team are helpful. I will update everyone again.
