I just received my 13th payout from the 5ers. I have been trading at 5ers for almost 3 months now. I trade the 25k daytrade accounts. My experience at the 5ers has been nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend them if you are thinking about buying an account. If you can make it to a payour, you can rest assured that you will be paid, as long as you follow their rules ,which i think are easy to follow. They have been in business since 2016, which says alot. Customer support has been excellent, i rarely have to wait more than 1 minute for someone to help me. Also 1 time there was a small issue on the platform, and i had a loss on one of my accounts. They gave me a new account . I was so impressed with that. I wasnt expecting a new account. So was very nice of them to do that. I just cant stop saying good things about the 5ers. Give them a try.

My Experience with The5ers Risk Management Team I contacted The5ers Risk Management Team to clarify their one-sided trading rules, as I wanted to understand whether taking consecutive Buy or Sell trades could affect my funded account or payout eligibility. Through this discussion, I learned that trading in only one direction is not automatically a violation, and traders are not required to take both Buy and Sell trades. The key considerations include having a valid trading strategy, proper analysis, controlled position sizing, leverage, and overall exposure. I also received clarification that there is no fixed mandatory risk percentage per trade for my High Stakes account. The team explained general risk management guidance, including more conservative risk levels, while emphasizing the importance of staying within the applicable account loss limits. What I appreciated most was the team's willingness to answer my questions and explain the distinction between general recommendations and actual program rules. I have been a customer of The5ers for several years, although I took a break from trading with the company. Now that I am considering returning, I was disappointed to discover that my 185 HUB credits had expired and could no longer be used to purchase a new account. On October 20, 2026, I contacted live support to explain the issue. After checking my account, the representative, Akari, confirmed that the credits had expired. However, I was offered the possibility of requesting their reapplication through a ticket. I specifically asked whether my HUB credits could be reactivated, and Akari replied: “Yes, we will request to reapply it. I’ll escalate this to our relevant team and open a ticket for you.” I understand that this was a request for reapplication, not a guarantee of approval. Nevertheless, the important point is that support offered a way to address the situation, and I accepted that offer in good faith. My concern is straightforward: I would like The5ers to restore my 185 HUB credits so I can use them toward purchasing a new account. I have been a customer for years, and I believe it is reasonable to ask the company to review my situation fairly, especially since I am genuinely interested in returning. For me, this is not just about the credits themselves. It is also about how a company treats its existing and returning customers. I hope The5ers will consider the circumstances and find a fair solution that allows me to continue trading with the company. I am not looking for an argument. I simply want the opportunity to recover my 185 HUB credits and move forward with The5ers on a positive note. If this matter is resolved fairly and my 185 HUB credits are restored, as support indicated could be requested, I will gladly update this Trustpilot review to reflect the resolution and my experience. A prop firm that actually listens to its traders. I'm trading with The5ers on the High Stakes program (Phase 2). I was away from trading for 32 days and my account was closed because of the 30-day inactivity rule. I honestly expected a refusal, since the rule is in the terms and I accepted it. I sent a message to support explaining what happened, and my account was reactivated the same day. The support team was fast, professional and understanding. Rules are rules, but a company that is willing to look at each case with common sense earns my trust. Highly recommended, and I'm now back to focusing on passing Phase 2.
