I’ve now built up a bit of a history of consistent payouts with this firm, with 4 payouts of increasing value, and a 5th that’s now on hold. This payout is the largest yet and they took 6 days from the request date only to be placed on hold. It’s obvious that they aren’t happy about it and no correspondence from the risk team to tell me why. Support cannot help and says be patient. I’m starting to worry about how they treat their consistent customers In general, the four payouts I’ve got, took around 1.5 to 2 weeks to process. It’s far too long

On 16/7/26 i was 74$+ profit from yesterday and i made at that day 54$+ so now i am on 104+ so on that day my daily DD is also increase from 250 to 304$ + so this is totally wrong there calculation they said you hit Dd even there system didn't work at that time my s.l didn't hit bcz of there system cliche Extremely disappointed. This was a completely unfair decision. On Thursday, I experienced serious technical issues—my trades were closed incorrectly, my stop loss did not trigger as expected, and my account was later disabled. I was in profit that day, yet The5ers claimed I breached the Daily Loss rule. This is not about getting my funded account back—it's about transparency and fairness. I spent 4 years with this company and trusted their system. I repeatedly asked for the exact calculations, equity records, timestamps, and proof of the alleged breach, but I still haven't received a transparent explanation. I am highly disappointed with my recent experience with The5ers. Initially, my account was terminated out of nowhere. After I filed an appeal, they scheduled a video risk interview. I fully cooperated and answered every single question correctly, transparently, and to the best of my knowledge. Despite giving all correct answers, they still terminated my account, citing vague reasons like "account integrity and exclusive ownership." What makes this completely unfair is that I have already passed a risk interview with The5ers in the past and have successfully received payouts from them before. I am the sole owner and operator of this account. The entire video interview was recorded from their end. I demand that the compliance team re-watch my recorded interview and provide me with a specific, transparent, and clear reason for this termination instead of hiding behind vague policy terms. Traders invest their time and hard-earned money here, and we deserve basic transparency.

The only downside is that payouts can take around 6–8 working days, but I've always been paid. Their customer support is absolutely outstanding.
