I understand that Trustpilot has moderation rules, but I have the right to share my views and my genuine personal experience. I am therefore posting my review again. I previously posted a review about my experience with Hantec Trader, but unfortunately it was removed. I do not know why. I can provide proof of my experience and the accounts I opened. I opened three accounts: • Express Challenge – Step 1 – $2,000 • Instant24 – $10,000 • Express Challenge – Step 1 – $5,000 Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, especially because of the trading commissions. Before buying a prop firm account, I strongly recommend checking the leverage, commissions, consistency rules, maximum open risk and all other conditions carefully. In my case, I only realized after purchasing that the leverage on XAUUSD was 1:10. I accept that I should have checked this beforehand, so I acknowledge my mistake on that point. However, the commissions were a much bigger problem. Hantec states that the commission for metals is $5 per lot. But the important question is: what does this actually mean in practice? With XAUUSD, I found that I could only open around 0.01 lot at a time. With such a small position size, generating meaningful profits can require many positions. Every position carries commission, whether it wins or loses. In my case, I had approximately $156 in trading losses and around $45 in commissions, on an account with a maximum loss of only $200. That is a very significant cost. The $5-per-lot commission may sound small on its own, but when positions have to be multiplied, the costs can accumulate very quickly. I would have preferred Hantec to provide a clear practical example before purchase. For example: with a $10,000 account, 1:10 leverage on XAUUSD and 0.01 lot positions, what is the real cost of opening and closing trades, and how much commission can accumulate after multiple trades? I contacted Hantec Trader Support about the commissions. They explained how the $5-per-lot commission is calculated, but my concern is not simply the calculation. My concern is the practical impact of these costs combined with the leverage, position-size limitations and maximum loss. Instead of mainly sending promotional emails and market information encouraging customers to buy challenges, I would have preferred clearer information before purchase about these conditions. To be fair, the free challenges are a good initiative, and credit where credit is due: you are not paying for those. For paid accounts, however, I strongly recommend doing your own research and understanding exactly what you are buying, especially the commissions, leverage, consistency rules, maximum open risk and position-size limitations. I am sharing this review simply to describe my genuine experience. I can provide screenshots, account information, trade examples and commission records by email so that everything can be checked properly. My experience was disappointing, and based on this experience, I would not purchase these accounts again.

I had hopes for a long-term partnership with Hantec Trader, especially after they processed my initial payout. Because of that payout, I proactively deleted a previous negative review in good faith. Unfortunately, their internal management is completely disorganized. After a misunderstanding regarding technical drawdown rules, my purchasing rights were restricted. I appealed, and their support agent (Miguel) officially emailed me stating my blacklist status was removed. Just hours later, another manager (Felipe) abruptly reversed this decision and permanently restricted my profile again, completely dismissing his colleague's official word. A profitable trader who follows the rules and receives payouts should not be treated with such instability and disrespect. Until management honors their own official statements, I cannot recommend this firm. UPDATE (September 16): After I left this review, management finally responded. They literally admitted in writing that their own staff gave me "incorrect" information when they officially emailed me that my restriction was removed. Instead of honoring their own written word, they just apologized for the "lack of clarity" and kept the ban. A company that does not stand behind the official emails of its own staff cannot be trusted. If you trade here, expect them to change their minds and blame "internal miscommunication."

My experience with Hantec Trader was generally positive. I reached the profit targets in both Phase 1 and Phase 2 and appreciated the quick provision of new credentials after each stage. Support was also helpful and responsive throughout the process. Unfortunately, I lost my account during Phase 3, which was disappointing, but overall I had a good experience with Hantec Trader and would consider trading with them again.
