My payout dispute remains unresolved despite repeated attempts to reach a fair settlement. Under Hantec Trader / RZRFunded, my $3,006 payout was rejected, my account was permanently restricted, and my request for compensation or settlement was refused. I provided my concerns and requested a clear, fair review, but the company has now declared its decision final, leaving me without a satisfactory resolution. I remain willing to resolve this matter professionally and hope the management team will reconsider its position and offer a reasonable settlement. I will update this review if the company takes meaningful action and resolves the dispute fairly.

Atendente entende do assunto. Dedicado. Atendeu rápido.
I had an outstanding experience with Hantec Trader. During a high-impact news event (CPI), my positions suffered severe market slippage, which triggered an automatic Daily Loss breach. Rather than dismissing the ticket, the Risk and Support teams conducted a thorough, honest, and transparent manual review of the tick data. They identified the liquidity gap, made a fair financial adjustment to my balance, and reinstated my account. This level of technical diligence, integrity, and fairness is rare in the proprietary trading industry. A special thank you to Lloyd for his exceptional assistance, clear communication, and swift follow-up throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!
