J'ai réussi les deux phases du challenge. Au moment de passer sur un compte réel, refus : ils invoquent une violation de leurs Conditions Générales (section 7.2). Le problème : aucun des ~20 points listés dans cette clause n'est précisé, aucune preuve n'est fournie, et aucun chiffre n'est communiqué J'ai demandé, par écrit et à deux reprises, quel point exact m'était reproché et sur quelles données. Voici leur réponse : « Our review identified activity that is not permitted under the Hantec Trader Terms & Conditions. De plus ils remboursent les frais du challenge. Si un client avait réellement triché, pourquoi le rembourser ? Ce remboursement ressemble surtout à une manière de clore le dossier sans avoir à se justifier. Enfin, regardez leurs avis : les avis positifs ne mentionnent quasiment jamais un retrait de profits ni un paiement effectif, et les avis négatifs décrivent tous le même scénario que le mien, refus au moment de toucher l'argent. Mon conseil : n'espérez pas être payé une fois arrivé au bout. À éviter.

If you are thinking about buying a challenge with Hantec Trader, STOP right now and read this. This company just stole 5 months of my life, my daily effort, and $4,883 of my hard-earned profits. I purchased my account on March 19. My country (Egypt) was fully supported. I played by every single rule, passed Stage 1 in May, passed Stage 2 weeks later, and officially earned my funded account (#80017267). I traded it carefully for months and generated $4,883 in pure profit. On August 14, I requested my very first payout. I was incredibly happy that my hard work finally paid off. Instead of my money, I got a cold, automated email stating my payout was rejected because they "no longer provide services to Egypt." They wiped my $4,883 profit entirely and only refunded the tiny initial account fee. I was in absolute shock. Think about the pure evil of this setup: For FIVE MONTHS, they allowed me to trade on their servers. Zero emails. Zero warnings. Zero announcements. Why did they let me trade if my country was restricted? The answer is simple and terrifying: They were praying I would fail. They wanted me to blow the account so they could keep my fee. But the exact moment I beat their system and asked for my money, they panicked, pulled a fake "country restriction" out of thin air, and robbed me of my profits. The heartbreak of losing 5 months of extreme focus and dedication is indescribable. This is not a trading firm; it’s a rigged trap. They will happily take your money and let you waste your life on their charts, but the second you win, they will invent a policy change to avoid paying you. Do not trust them. Profitable trades cancelled without clear explanation I opened a $100K Instnant24 account and executed 36 trades Win Rate 86.1% and Profit Factor 6.93 . Hantec Trader then rejected my payout, citing "overleveraging" based on just 2 of those 36trades (both executed on a Sunday, during low-liquidity conditions). What's most concerning is the contradiction: the platform makes certain leverage levels available to use, but the moment you actually use that same leverage, it's retroactively classified as a "violation." If a leverage level isn't meant to be used, why is it offered on the account in the first place? They refunded only my initial fee and withheld the profit generated, despite my repeated written requests for a clear explanation of the calculation or threshold used to determine the alleged breach. I've submitted a formal settlement request and a complaint to the relevant regulatory bodies, and I'm still waiting for a substantive response from their management team. I'll update this review based on how the matter is resolved. Be very careful with clause 7.2.C.xv in their T&C — it gives the firm broad discretion to void profits after they're generated.
