I was logged out twice, and whenever I tried to login, I would hit trade on my account and would be directed to a page that said, this page cannot load. Seems like a glitch with a new website as previously the website was different. Luckily this was a demo account - lost thousands not bein gable to get back in.

Deposit and withdrawal process are terrible. In the past, deposit for paynow is immediate. However, it is often delayed resulting in stop-loss many times. Also, the withdrawal process for larger amounts above 10K takes longer than what was stated. There was a few instances when the funds were returned to my account after 5 days after I called to check on the status. AXI needs to take greater responsibility in handling withdrawals.

When there is big moment in xauusd, it always hang and we got caught with the situation. I have experienced it twice during the FOMC and NFP news. Immediately when the news announcement, the spike of gold went up and the system was hang. Later caught in the situation to close the order this result either in less profit or even losses.

The worst broker i ever use! I should be protected with NBP. My account end up in negative but it doesn't set it to zero and cut my deposit. And they kept making excuses. Such as i have a positive balance in another account that's why they didn't set my account to zero and i didn't use any account. And then they change it to my account is under SVG which i open account in Thailand and im Thai i supposed to protect by NBP. They refused to do anything. They also said if they ginna set the account to zero they will do it case by case with their team... what!!? I gave so manay chance to this broker but never again.

Axi liquidated my account at 447% margin level (9x above stop-out) without margin call warning. When I complained with screenshot evidence, they CLOSED my account instead of resolving it. Formal objection sent with 24hr deadline: ZERO response. Account: 60345289 Loss: $3,451 Ticket: TKT-3444239 Filed ASIC complaint (AFSL 318232). Posted on ForexPeaceArmy and Reddit. This is wrongful termination with outstanding dispute. Do not trust this broker.
