Deposit confirmed on blockchain but not credited. Review: I deposited 100.5 USDT (TRC20) to my Axi trading account using the official deposit address provided by Axi. The transaction was completed successfully and has more than 200 blockchain confirmations. I have verified that the recipient wallet address exactly matches the deposit address provided by Axi. However, my deposit has still not been credited to my MT5 trading account. I have already contacted Axi support and provided all required evidence, including TXID, TRONSCAN confirmation, Binance withdrawal proof, and screenshots, but the issue remains unresolved. I am not claiming that my funds are lost. I am simply requesting Axi to investigate this case, escalate it to the Wallets/Deposits team, and manually credit my deposit. As a trading community admin, I value transparency and reliable customer support. I hope Axi resolves this issue promptly. I will gladly update this review once my case is resolved

I was about to complete a year in the program, my trades were becoming increasingly more succesful, I used the same strategy all the time, no changes. All of the sudden I recevied an e-mail accusing me of making trades with the intention to "manipulate" trading, such a ridiculous acusation with no proofs. When asked in CS about this they just read the same e-mail I was sent, no option to get it back just a big " f... you". One month and a half later I was admited into the program again, it was because of the leader of my trading community had direct communication with management in Axi, if I had been alone I would have never returned to the program. I still continue with the program but now with a lot of distrust. My advise: go directly to Darwinex, they pay less but in the long term you know they wont do this kind of thing to their customers.
