I have been an Axi client for several years, and until this recent experience, my overall experience with Axi has been very positive. Unfortunately, I currently have a withdrawal that has been pending for approximately two months, and the way this matter has been handled has been disappointing. After an extended period of trying to resolve the issue, Axi confirmed that a problem with its payment provider was preventing the withdrawal to my original card. Axi then proposed an alternative solution, which involved submitting identity-verification documents so that the Return to Source balance could be cleared and I could withdraw through a bank transfer or another available payment method. I acknowledge that I delayed submitting the requested documents. However, the communication requesting them did not clearly state that I had only 24 hours to respond. I subsequently received a notification that the ticket had been closed because I had not responded within that period. I only became aware of the deadline after it had expired. After this, I found myself dealing with what appeared to be another support team and was asked to resubmit documentation and information that had already been provided. This gave me the impression that the process was starting over, despite Axi having already investigated the issue, identified a payment-provider problem and proposed a way forward. I resubmitted the requested information to help move things along, but I have continued to experience delays while waiting for an update. My main concern is the apparent lack of continuity between support teams and the absence of a clear, coordinated record of the investigation and its progress. There also seems to be an imbalance in response expectations: a 24-hour deadline was applied to me without being clearly communicated, while I have had to wait considerably longer for responses and updates from Axi. I understand that payment-related issues can take time to resolve, and I accept responsibility for my delay in submitting the documents. Nevertheless, I believe that clearer communication, better coordination between teams and more consistent case management would have made this a much better customer experience. I want to emphasize that my overall experience with Axi over the years has been wonderful, which makes this particular situation all the more disappointing. I am hopeful that Axi will complete the proposed resolution and enable me to access the funds without further unnecessary delays. My review reflects this unresolved experience, rather than dismissing the positive service I have received in the past. If the withdrawal is resolved satisfactorily, I would be happy to update my review to reflect the outcome. At present, the outstanding withdrawal and the way the case has been handled have significantly affected my confidence in Axi's customer support. I hope the company will take this feedback constructively and turn a disappointing experience into a positive resolution.

I used Axi over many years and I strongly recommend them. Withdrawals have always been processed without issue. I have always found them to have a well configured platform with a good variety of instruments (both cash and futures) and now they added shares. I have seen only good practices from them.

I made a request for funds transfer.. it already 2 weeks ! I had email confirmation that my funds withdrawal is confirm.. so what is the problem here ? Had live chat and email them... either they reply in progress.. but what ? 2 weeks had pass.. what progress is this ?! wiped out my deposit and left my account showing a negative balance. I was left with losses despite most of my trades being profitable. They took advantage of people through constant phone calls and withheld withdrawal requests i got a consultant at the Van guard. All iance. and. Group. i was informed that the company was unregulated and had no refund policy. this team helped, me recover all my money. the company is not regulated by the fca. do not deposit money; you will lose it. If something appears on your account that you don't recognize, it's important to question it immediately and keep a complete record of everything

Honestly, I am extremely happy with Axi. First of all, their customer support is generally very good. Whenever I send them an email with a question, they usually respond relatively quickly. Of course, there are occasional exceptions, and I understand that response times can vary depending on the situation or the issue being addressed. However, based on my personal experience, I can say that their customer support has been excellent. Secondly, both the platform and the website work perfectly, and I have never experienced any issues withdrawing my money. Naturally, I can only speak from my own experience, but Axi is a broker that inspires 100% confidence in me. Thirdly, I believe Axi Select is one of the best programs on the market, both for developing your trading skills and for gaining access to third-party capital, allowing you to increase your potential earnings without taking on as much personal financial risk. Personally, I managed to reach the $200,000 account stage, and thanks to the program, I have withdrawn approximately $8,000 that I would not have been able to earn otherwise. I have recently started again from the beginning due to some personal challenges related to emotional management. Nevertheless, I am happy to embrace this as a new challenge and, at the same time, grateful to Axi for giving me the opportunity to start over and prove that I can become a better trader despite the mistakes I made in the past. It is an expensive broker, especially when it comes to indices. For example, if you want to trade the S&P 500, the spread is 1 point, whereas other brokers offer spreads of around 0.3 points. This makes it very difficult to fine-tune stop-loss levels and entry points. If your stop loss is 5 points, you are already starting the trade 1 full point in the red. The same applies to gold, making scalping very difficult. Axi is not my main broker. I use it because of the Axi Select program, which is actually very good. However, you have to adapt your trading strategy to account for the high trading costs. On top of that, I have had difficulties changing my password and improving my account security. Despite explaining the same issue to customer support three times, they still haven't provided a solution.
