Guys, this email is from the Hola Prime Risk Department after I made a profit and requested my payout. Take a look at the reason they gave me: "Following a detailed review of the trading activity on your funded account 105596, we identified a consistent pattern of One-Sided Betting during the period of 19th August, 2026 on XAUUSD, where the account repeatedly executed Sell positions without demonstrating a balanced or risk-managed trading approach within a short span of time of closing the previous position." Seriously, how does taking multiple SELL positions on XAUUSD automatically become “One-Sided Betting”? If my strategy gives me a SELL setup, am I supposed to randomly open BUY positions just to make my trading look “balanced”? This is what happened after I became profitable and requested my money. Instead of paying the profit according to the account terms, they came back with a vague risk-related explanation and rejected the payout. And this is not an isolated case. We have seen **more than 10 payout rejections** from this firm. From what we have experienced, the biggest problem is simple: **they don't pay traders when they become profitable**, and they appear to look for reasons to reject payouts. I strongly recommend that traders be extremely careful before spending their money with this firm. Don't just look at the attractive account sizes or promotions — look at what happens when you actually make money and request a payout. I have collected numerous examples and pieces of evidence regarding our experiences with this company. Anyone who wants to see them can contact me, and I can show you the details so you can make your own judgment. I have already informed them that I am considering legal action, and I will continue reporting my experience and sharing the evidence publicly so other traders can be aware of what happened to us. **Think twice before trusting a firm with your money. A prop firm should be judged not only by how easily you can buy an account, but by whether they actually pay you when you follow the rules and make a profit.**

i liked the entire HolaPrime system i.e. the ev plans, reasonable prices and the platforms offered. The information posted within the dashboard is extremely useful. Last but not least....the customer service unit works perfectly well, i tried the online version. The worst prop firm I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They use slippage to hunt your stop loss even when the market doesn’t go anywhere near your SL. Instead of pulling this kind of shady crap, they’d be better off going out and begging for money. Hola hola

My experience with Hola Prime has been extremely disappointing. The rules and compliance interpretation appear to be excessively strict, and in my experience, it feels like there is always another technicality that can be used to challenge or breach a funded account. The most concerning issue I experienced involved their SL (stop-loss) rule. I had a trade that was open for less than one minute, yet I received a breach related to the SL within approximately three minutes. I had not been trading recklessly or intentionally exceeding the stated risk parameters, and the speed at which the breach was issued was extremely concerning. What makes the situation worse is that I had not even traded that day when I received the breach notification. I was simply informed that my account had been breached, without what I consider to be a clear and reasonable explanation of the exact violation. For a prop firm, transparency and consistency are critical. Traders need to know that the rules they are being evaluated under are clear, objective, and applied consistently—not interpreted in a way that can unexpectedly invalidate an account. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that traders avoide such firm because it was a very disappointing experience and time was wasted and energy also...

After a first payout that earned them good reviews on Trustpilot, they scammed me when I tried to make a second withdrawal. After the trading day on August 14, 2026, I had met the requirement of having three profitable days to qualify for a withdrawal; however, the withdrawal button was completely non-functional. When I contacted support, they said they would reply via email regarding the withdrawal. Yet, when I checked my account, they had failed it—an action that was utterly unreasonable and lacked any concrete basis. My losses were all below the 2% limit, my risk-reward ratio was positive, and I had satisfied the three-day profit requirement. They remained silent and disqualified my account even after the withdrawal request date had passed. It seems they are prepared to do this regardless of whether you meet the criteria; you won't get paid, and if you question the issue, they will ridiculously delete your account without providing a clear or convincing reason. This is a scam—be careful when trading with this company, Hola.

The worst prop firm in the world. They breached my funded account without any solid reason and claimed that my trading lacked consistency, even though my account was being traded consistently. I had a $100K funded account. When I started trading, my account went into a loss of almost 3%, dropping to around $97K. After that, I continued trading and successfully recovered the account. I was making around 1–2% profit per day, just as I did during this trading cycle. For example, my account was at around $97K, then I made $1,947 profit, followed by another $1,400+ profit, and my account reached around $100,123. Today, I took another trade, made $726 profit, closed the trade, and decided to wait for the next clear setup before trading again. But immediately after I closed the trade with $726 profit, Hola Prime sent me an email and breached my account, claiming that my trading was not consistent. What kind of service is this? I was going to continue trading and generate more profits before submitting my payout request. Instead, they breached my account as soon as I recovered it from a loss and brought it back above $100K. They are now applying a hidden 60% profit rule, saying that more than 60% of the total profit cannot come from one trade idea or outcome. But they did not even give me enough opportunity to continue trading and build a larger, more consistent profit history. I recovered the account from almost 3% drawdown to above $100K, and instead of allowing me to continue trading, they simply breached the account. I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this firm. In my experience, this is an extremely unfair and unreliable prop firm. I believe their practices will only get worse in the future. Stay away from Hola Prime.
