Paid for a 2 step 100k account in April 2026, took me until August to pass stage1, then 1 week to pass stage 2. They added a 2% risk rule with hard stop requirement in August and retrospectively applied it to my funded account. I am a scalper and take more than 100 trades a week, would never have bought an account with a hard stop requirment as some of my scalp trades last only a few minutes and I use mental stops. Because of this rule my trading speed reduced as i now entered manual hard stops. On 1 day I opened a small trade on the UK100 and closed with a $3 profit within 4mins forgetting to add hard stop and they breached my funded account. Do not use this prop firm.

Just joined Hola Prime and I had a small problem verifying my email, which was my fault not theirs. Anyway the response was almost imediate from them and they helped me get that working asap. Everything was fine regarding the spread during Phase 1, but things took a turn for the worse once I reached Phase 2. When I enter a trade, it marks the entry point higher up—at a level the price never actually reached—and the stop-loss always ends up costing me an extra $60, which wasn't happening before. I believe this is an obstacle they’ve put in place to make it harder to pass. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT THE MOMENT; I CAN PROVIDE PROOF VIA SCREENSHOTS. THANK YOU.

I’m a first time user on this platform, I didn’t read one of their rules when it came to weekend holding . Was holding a gold trade passed the cut off time, turns out it’s a hard breach for them but I totally didn’t even know about it. I emailed their customer service and explained to them the whole thing. They ended up being very understanding and reactivated my account again and gave me a one time warning. This is a real company looking out for its traders, if it was some other prop firm they would have just told me to buy another account. Looking forward in buying more accounts later on with them.

As mentioned above, I have seen my payout denied two times (while I was in the framework of their rules). The first time they said that I had over-risked and just canceled all my profits. The second time I tried to be more consistent and splitted my profits on multiple days. At payout day, they opened a detailed review. I had to explain my strategy, my experience and so on. But at the end they breached my account. Maybe it’s just me, but once you’ve made a profit while following all the written rules, you should simply get paid instead of being forced to convince them that your trading is legitimate. The whole concept of a prop firm should be: “If you’ve been able to generate profits, we pay you your share,” not “You’ve made a profit, but if we decide that we don’t like your strategy, we won’t pay you.” Beyond my personal experience, I’d advise anyone considering working with this prop firm to proceed with caution, at the very least, as, according to payout data published by Prop Firm Match, the amount of money being paid each month has been declining sharply since July.
