1 Star I do not recommend anyone purchase an account from Hola Prime. I bought a $5,000 challenge account, successfully passed all evaluation phases, received my funded account, and traded on it for 12 days. During that period, I made approximately $450 in profit (around 9% of the account). Just two days before I was eligible to request my payout, I was surprised to find that my funded account had been closed. The reason given was that I had violated the 2% Risk Per Trade rule. I contacted support and provided evidence that, in my last 20 trades, I had not even exceeded 0.5% risk on a single trade. After that, the explanation changed. I was then told that the account had been closed because I had opened a trade without a stop loss. This made no sense to me because I never open a trade before setting a stop loss. In fact, the trade they referred to was only 0.05 lot, it never reached even $10 in floating loss, and I closed it with approximately $20 profit. I then asked them that, if they insisted on closing the account, they should at least pay me the profits I had already earned and then terminate the account. They refused, stating that I had violated their rules. From my experience, I do not believe this decision was justified because I do not believe I actually violated the rules they accused me of breaking. I would also like to add that I never open trades without a Stop Loss. My trading strategy is based on defining my maximum risk before entering any position, and I always monitor my trades until they are closed. If a trade had actually been opened without a Stop Loss, I would have noticed it immediately and corrected it. For this reason, I believe this may have been caused by a technical issue with the platform or server rather than an intentional violation on my part. I executed nearly 170 trades, and in virtually all of them I placed a Stop Loss before opening the trade, or within a few seconds afterward. This clearly reflects my normal trading practice. Therefore, I kindly ask Hola Prime to reconsider my case and either reinstate my funded account or, at the very least, pay the profits I legitimately earned before the account was closed. I've been through a few prop firms over the last couple of years and I'm always a bit tense when it's time to withdraw, because that's usually where firms show their true face. Not here. Requested my payout and it was handled way faster than I expected, no weird delays, no extra hoops to jump through. Support surprised me too. Had a question before withdrawing and got an answer from an actual human in minutes, and the person clearly knew what they were talking about. I mostly trade gold and DAX and conditions have been clean on my side so far. They did exactly what they said they would, which is rarer than it should be in this industry.

I've been funded across the prop trading industry for a combined total of $1.1M, with 15 years of trading experience. With Hola Prime, I was funded on a $100K account, then a $50K account. I placed 10-15 trades total, all with proper stop loss and take profit, and was in profit overall. Two trades were flagged: a 2-minute scalp, and a roughly 3-second trade opened without an SL — a minor slip, possibly a miss-click, that had zero impact on my results or risk exposure. Instead of simply disqualifying those two trades — which is standard practice when a trader breaks a minor rule but the account is otherwise sound — they used them as an excuse to breach the entire account. I asked their risk team to actually look at the full picture: a clean, profitable trading history with two insignificant infractions. They refused to engage at all. In my view, this firm is predatory. Their rules aren't there to manage risk — they're there so risk "management" has an excuse ready the moment a trader gets close to a payout. It doesn't matter how disciplined you are or how good your track record is; give them anything, even something as trivial as a 3-second trade, and they'll use it to wipe the account and send you back to paying for another challenge. That's the real business model here: profiting from challenge fees, not from funding traders. If you're considering Hola Prime, understand that no amount of skill or consistency protects you — they are actively looking for a reason to breach you before you get paid. AVOID.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Hola Prime. My account received a hard breach because of an accidental misclick while I was setting my Stop Loss and Take Profit immediately after opening a trade. The mistake was completely unintentional, and the position remained open for less than two minutes before I corrected it. I contacted support and explained that this was a genuine human error, not an intentional attempt to violate the rules. Unfortunately, there was no tolerance or consideration for the circumstances, and my account was permanently terminated. I understand that every prop firm has rules, and I respect the importance of risk management. In a simple language what happened to me was that the firm deliberately altered my trading parameters by removing stop-loss orders, directly causing the breach of my funded account. This appears to be a systematic pattern of behavior designed to attribute account failures to trader error, exploiting the difficulty of proving backend server actions without external software auditing. In this instance, I possess continuous video documentation showing the execution of these trades alongside their active stop-loss settings. This evidence clearly contradicts their claims, undermining both their primary accusation and all secondary allegations. In this instance, I caught Hola Prime engaging in clear deceptive practices. I recorded screen captures of all trades placed on my funded account, which prove that Stop Losses (SL) were applied to every single position, and I was meticulously careful never to adjust or remove them. In fact, I barely opened the trading platform after placing my trades, precisely to ensure I was fully compliant with their SL rules. I traded with Hola Prime for a year. The first 6 to 8 months went smoothly—likely because they were willing to spend on payouts to build a user base, leading to fewer enforced breaches. Over time, however, numerous red flags began to emerge. I witnessed several highly suspicious cases where traders had their payouts denied or profit splits stripped for no justified reason. On top of that, Hola Prime raised their challenge prices 5 to 6 times over the last six months and introduced a wave of overly strict, ethically questionable rules that directly conflict with sustainable trading practices. I could go on about my experiences with Hola Prime. On Friday, July 17th, 2026, my last five open positions were automatically closed by the system. A minute later, I received an account breach notification from Hola Prime stating: 'Closed trade(s) with excess risk by position trade.riskUSD: 243600.00 account.maxRiskByPosition: 2000.00'. This claim is entirely false and groundless, as I will demonstrate throughout this review using verifiable factual evidence. First, please review the attached PDF titled 'Hola Prime Emails', which contains the full correspondence between Hola Prime and me regarding the disputed breach, before continuing with this review After reviewing the correspondance please note four most critical, indisputable contradictions in their response. Their own support emails provide all the evidence needed to challenge their ruling. 1. The Moving Goalpost on Stop-Loss (SL) Placement The firm changed their core accusation as soon as I offered video evidence. First Email Claim: "…where no stop loss (SL) was placed at the time the positions were open." Second Email Claim: "Our investigation found that the positions in question had their stop losses removed after the trades were opened." They initially claimed I violated the rule at the point of entry. Once I offered proof that the SL was set before entry, they shifted the narrative to say I removed it afterward. This fundamental contradiction proves their initial "investigation" was inaccurate, flawed, or fabricated 2. Contradiction on Who Closed the Trades The firm gave two mutually exclusive accounts of how my trades were closed. First Email Claim: "...identified five trades that were manually closed by you..." Second Email Claim: "As a result, the system treats such positions as exceeding the maximum permitted risk... Based on our investigation, the breach... was valid and has been correctly enforced..." I pointed out that the system forcibly closed my trades due to a hard breach. In their second email, they implicitly backed away from the claim that I manually closed them, adopting my timeline without acknowledging their original false assertion.
