i've been struggling with trading since 10 months learning, i decided 2 months ago to buy 2 challenge 2 step prime.after 2 account i bought, 1 account was failed and 1 account passed the challenge. still following the rule to get my first payout. also, i had a issue with funded account and Aiden from customer service solved it very fast. So far, Hola Prime has provided the best rules that fit my trading style, hopefully it will continue to be the best prop firm in the future.

This Vincent guy (Customer service) deserves a victory dance and maybe a trophy. He swooped in like a problem-solving superhero, cape optional, and made everything smooth like butter. If helpful had a highlight reel, he'd be front and center, smiling, probably waving like, 'Hey, no big deal.' But yeah, you're awesome, Vincent. Keep saving the day.

I gave 3 stars mainly because of their fully automated backend system. As soon as I passed Phase 2, the account closed instantly and I received all the KYC and account details via email automatically. There is no need to wait for days or chat with CS like other prop firms. However, traders should be careful with the execution. Although the spread is thin, I noticed some negative slippage which can be quite disruptive.

I’ve received multiple payouts from them over time, and one thing I really appreciate is how fast and straightforward the payout process has been.
