⚠️ MY EXPERIENCE WITH FUNDINGPIPS – PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING I have been a FundingPips customer since approximately 2023, and over the years I have purchased more than 200 accounts — approximately 240 accounts or more. During this period, I personally traded my accounts. I did not receive large payouts from FundingPips. In fact, my total payout history is only approximately $157 from one $5K account. My latest experience, however, has been extremely disappointing and has raised serious concerns for me about how account investigations and customer appeals are handled. The account involved in my latest case is 20666427. I successfully passed Phase 1 of a $100K account. After this, my accounts were terminated based on a Device ID/CID match with another registered account. FundingPips provided me with a CID Match Report showing multiple accounts under my name and one account identified as: “User 1 – Egypt – 1 account(s)” The important point is that User 1 – Egypt is also me. The account identified in that section belongs to me. The other accounts listed under my name are also mine. I have been living in Cairo, Egypt since 6 January 2026. My accounts are shown as “Somalia” because my KYC was completed using my Somali documentation. This does not mean I was physically in Somalia when I was trading. I personally accessed and traded my accounts from Cairo using my own devices. I use one laptop and one mobile phone. I have never given my account credentials to another person. I have never hired someone to trade my accounts. I have never transferred or shared control of my accounts. Despite explaining all of this, my accounts were permanently terminated. What concerns me most is that I repeatedly asked FundingPips to explain the evidence behind the conclusion that another person was operating my accounts. I asked for clarification about the account identified as “User 1 – Egypt,” because that account is mine. I offered to complete live video verification, KYC re-verification, proof of residence, device verification, IP/login verification, or any other reasonable verification necessary to prove that I am the person operating my accounts. Instead, I repeatedly received responses telling me to refer to Ticket #2237142 and the original “Violation of our Terms and Services Agreement” email. Eventually, Support told me that the decision was final and that I could no longer use FundingPips services. This is extremely frustrating for a customer who has been purchasing accounts from the company since approximately 2023. I am not claiming that FundingPips should ignore its rules. Prop firms have every right to investigate suspicious activity and protect the integrity of their platforms. My concern is the way my specific case was handled. A Device ID/CID match can show that the same device identifier was associated with accounts. However, in my case, the accounts involved were my own accounts, operated by me. The question that I believe FundingPips should answer is: If “User 1 – Egypt” is actually me, what evidence establishes that another person operated my accounts? I have repeatedly offered to prove my identity and physical location. I believe long-term customers deserve a meaningful opportunity to clarify an investigation before receiving a permanent termination decision. I am sharing this experience publicly so that other traders understand that they should carefully review FundingPips’ rules concerning account access, devices, locations, KYC information and trading activity before purchasing multiple accounts. This review is based on my personal experience and the correspondence/report provided to me by FundingPips. I hope FundingPips will reconsider cases like mine through a genuine manual review rather than relying only on an automated/technical association. Account involved: 20666427 Issue cited: Device ID/CID Match Ticket: 2237142 Location during trading: Cairo, Egypt KYC documentation: Somalia User 1 – Egypt: Me I am still willing to cooperate with any reasonable verification process to prove that I personally operated my accounts. The support team and overall platform experience have also been positive. One improvement I would really like to see: It would be great if FundingPips could add local bank transfer or UPI as a withdrawal option, especially for traders from India. I traded with FP more times, fulfilled P1 and P2 challenges more times. As in the first case, now in the second as well I felt some hidden rules appeared which were not stated before. Now I traded 5K acc, got Master acc, at 15.00 it was red news, I opened orderes 12 minutes after the news, they got my earnings for that day frozen -400usd with hidden rules with screenshots stating red news... but on the screenshots it is clearly visible it was out of news... The problem is a person cannot earn a 400usd on one day, it is clearly visible, this is the fact they can not bear...DO NOT RECOMMEND them!!!!
