Fundingpips pips closed my 7 accounts with them where 3 were funded, 3 in phase 2 and 1 phase 1 over an issue that happened last year. They say that I cheated by logging into my account using a different user's phone last year. I tried to bring them to understanding that the account that was logged into was actually breached last year, they said their decision is final. I asked them why they didn't ban me from last year if the mistake was that bad, their CRO on X, one Avik blocked me without answering my question. Fundingpips kept me for over one year knowing so well that I had violated a policy one year ago, took $1269 from me in form of challenge fees for 10 accounts while I got nothing in return. If at all they are straightforward, they should either refund my challenge fees or activate my 7 accounts since these 7 accounts did not breach the rule. However, it seems they're so arrogant to even reason that the implementation of the rule disadvantages the customers. My issue is that issues such as Daily Drawdown, Maximum Drawdown, News Trading and all get email notifications but don't get your profile blocked, they only affect that specific account, why would they keep CID violation secret knowing so well that it is the only practice that gets you blocked from the website if not for their motive to steal challenge fees from their clients? If at all this rule has to be applied and kept, fundingpips should be ready to compensate traders before dismissing them and send emails as early as now to all traders who are in violation but don't know because they have not reached payout stage. Otherwise, fundingpips remains an evil entity for keeping the breach secret and only bring it up when one reaches payout stage.

Shameful! I lost my account due to inactivity. Inactivity was caused bcoz i was unable to login my account due to technical issue on their side. I continuously mailed to resolve the issue, but issue was never resolved untill the same day of the breach. The day issue was resolved on the day of breach. Horrible it is how they breach the account on their mistake.

I am extremely disappointed with how FundingPips has handled my case. I spent approximately six months passing the evaluation phases and finally obtained live funded accounts worth $10,000 and $100,000. I then traded these live accounts for approximately three months before FundingPips terminated them over an alleged CID/Device ID match with another registered trader reportedly based in India. I strongly dispute this allegation. I have never shared my device or accessed another trader’s account on my device. What concerns me most is that the investigation report and the subsequent termination raise two important questions that FundingPips has repeatedly failed to answer. 1. Why are my live accounts missing from the CID investigation report? The report lists four account numbers that correspond to my Phase 1 and Phase 2 evaluation accounts. However, the live accounts that FundingPips terminated are not listed. I traded my evaluation and live accounts using the same personal device. If the alleged Device ID match was the basis for terminating my live accounts, why are those live account numbers absent from the report? What specific evidence connects them to the alleged violation? 2. Why was this issue not raised during my live account onboarding? During onboarding, FundingPips specifically asked me to explain my IP address in connection with my previous VPS usage. I cooperated and provided the requested clarification and supporting documentation. Following the verification process, I was approved for live trading. I then traded my live accounts for approximately three months before they were terminated over the alleged Device ID match. Why was this issue not identified or raised during onboarding? Was the alleged match already present at that time, or was it detected later? FundingPips has not provided me with a clear explanation. 3. Repeated responses without answers I have contacted support multiple times and explained my position. However, I keep receiving repetitive responses stating that the investigation is complete and the decision is final. My specific questions about the report, the missing live account numbers, the onboarding process, and the technical evidence remain unanswered. I understand that prop firms must enforce their rules and protect their platforms. However, traders should have a meaningful opportunity to challenge allegations they believe are incorrect, especially when those allegations result in the termination of substantial funded accounts. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for a transparent, evidence-based review and clear answers to legitimate questions. My request to FundingPips: * Explain why my terminated live accounts are absent from the CID investigation report. * Clarify whether the alleged match existed during my live account onboarding and when it was first detected. * Provide a clear, case-specific explanation of the evidence connecting the alleged match to my live accounts. * Arrange a genuine review by a senior compliance representative and reconsider the termination. I invested months of work to reach the live stage. This situation has caused me significant financial stress, and the lack of meaningful answers has made it even more frustrating. I originally trusted FundingPips as a leading prop firm. I hope the company will address these questions transparently instead of simply repeating that its decision is final. I am sharing my genuine experience so other traders can make informed decisions and understand the importance of clear investigation procedures and fair appeal processes.

I haven't been with FundingPips for very long—only about a month—but my experience has been decent. One downside I encountered is that when I requested a payout, they deducted 15% from the amount they had calculated as my payout (after all other standard deductions). Also, they sometimes deduct profits by claiming you traded during news events, even when there were no "red folder" (high-impact) news releases. Otherwise, they are good.

FundingPips: Extremely Disappointed by Their Treatment of Previously Verified Customers I am extremely disappointed and angry with my experience with FundingPips. What has happened to me and the way the company has handled my complaint have seriously damaged my trust in this firm. My account was verified approximately five months ago. I traded on the platform, received a payout, and trusted FundingPips enough to purchase an additional $100,000 account and two $10,000 accounts. I invested my money, time, and effort into this company, believing that its verification process was reliable. Then, suddenly, I received a KYC-related notification and was banned. I contacted support several times, explained my situation, and requested a clear explanation. Instead, I repeatedly received essentially the same response: my case had been reviewed, the decision was final, no further verification would be offered, and the company could not disclose the specific findings behind its decision. Seriously, is this how a professional company should treat customers who have already passed verification and received payouts? If my documents were unacceptable, why were they approved in the first place? If a problem was discovered later, why not explain the concern and give me a reasonable opportunity to provide clarification or re-verify before terminating the relationship? I understand that every prop firm must enforce KYC and anti-fraud policies. However, what I find unacceptable is being denied a meaningful explanation or further verification while being told repeatedly that the decision cannot be changed. What makes this even more concerning is that several traders I referred to FundingPips, including some of my students, have reportedly received similar KYC-related communications. I cannot independently establish whether their cases have the same cause, but these experiences raise serious concerns that deserve transparent answers. As a mentor who has recommended this company to other traders, I feel deeply disappointed and embarrassed. People trusted my recommendations, and I trusted FundingPips enough to invest further in its services. I even proposed a peaceful resolution: if the company refuses to reinstate my accounts, I would like it to consider refunding the challenge fees for my $100,000 and two $10,000 accounts. So far, I have not received the meaningful resolution I was seeking. The most frustrating part is not simply the ban. It is the refusal to explain the specific issue, the refusal to offer further verification, and the repeated generic responses that leave me feeling that my concerns are not being taken seriously. FundingPips, customers deserve more than a generic response when their accounts are terminated after months of trading and previous verification approval. They deserve transparency, consistency, and a fair opportunity to understand and address the concerns raised against them. I cannot say with certainty that profitable traders are being deliberately targeted, but experiences like mine can understandably make traders question how secure and fair the verification process really is. I sincerely hope the company reviews its approach and provides a proper explanation and resolution. Until then, based on my personal experience, I cannot confidently recommend FundingPips to other traders. My 100k account got breached before even touching the daily loss limit , there was closed to 500 dollars buffer , after closing all the trades also there was 600 dollars buffer in my account for daily loss limit , I connected with chat support but there was no proper justification instead they said the breach is valid however we will move it forward for manual review, but till today there was no response from funding pips , I spent all my savings to buy a challenge from funding pips , I bought near about 10 100k accounts , it’s really pain full to face unethical breach which is no ware matching with daily drawdown limit , it’s really making me worried wether payouts will be genuine or not with this propfirm

After publishing my experience and making several attempts to resolve this matter directly with FundingPips, I am even more disappointed with how the company has handled my case. I explained that my account had been verified approximately five months earlier, that I had traded and received a payout, and that I subsequently purchased additional accounts, including a $100,000 account and two $10,000 accounts. Instead of addressing my concerns, FundingPips repeatedly responded that the decision had been reviewed and would remain unchanged. They also stated that they could not disclose further internal findings or offer additional verification. So, apparently, a customer can pass verification, trade for months, receive a payout, and invest more money, only to be banned later without receiving a specific explanation of the issue or an opportunity to address it. Is this really the standard of customer care FundingPips considers acceptable? I understand the importance of KYC and compliance. What I cannot understand is why a previously approved customer cannot receive a meaningful explanation of what went wrong or, where appropriate, an opportunity to verify their identity again. I even proposed an amicable resolution: if reinstatement was not possible, I asked the company to consider refunding the challenge fees for my $100,000 account and two $10,000 accounts. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution to my concerns. What makes this particularly disappointing is that I recommended FundingPips to traders and students who trusted my judgment. Several people I referred have reportedly received similar KYC-related communications. I cannot confirm that their circumstances are identical, but this has further damaged my confidence in recommending the company. The most frustrating aspect is not simply that my account was terminated. It is the repeated refusal to provide a meaningful explanation, the refusal to offer further verification, and the insistence that the matter is closed without addressing the substance of my complaint. FundingPips, repeating that your decision is final does not answer the questions I have raised. I am asking for transparency, accountability, and a fair review—not another generic response. I am still willing to resolve this professionally. I ask the company to reconsider my request, explain the basis of its decision to the extent possible, and address my proposed refund. Until this matter is handled satisfactorily, I cannot recommend FundingPips based on my personal experience. Other traders deserve to know what happened and should be able to make informed decisions before investing their money. I hope management will finally take these concerns seriously and provide a meaningful response.

Unfair Breach Practices and Hidden CID Rule Enforcement I am addressing all Funding Pips users and the Trustpilot community. Look at the childish and evasive response from Funding Pips. What did I ask, and what did they answer? I can understand if 30, 40, or even 70–80 accounts were breached. But when they were collecting money from continuous account purchases, why didn't their response team inform us about this CID rule back then? They conveniently remembered their investigation and applied the CID rule exactly one day before payout, withholding all funds. Where is the justice in this? This is blatant cheating and fraud. Answer what was specifically asked: If the CID rule applied, why were users not informed while accounts were breaching and Funding Pips was actively collecting funds from new account purchases? Why wait until payout day? This is not just a story about investor passwords. Since you claim I was warned under the CID rule, state the exact date and time publicly right here on Trustpilot—do not send it privately. Show when the login occurred. If a login happened two, three, or four months ago, why weren't we informed immediately? Why allow users to keep purchasing accounts without warning them that reaching a funded stage would lead to frozen accounts and confiscated profits? This is direct dishonesty, and Funding Pips has failed to provide a valid answer. It is childish, unprofessional, and deceptive. Shame on Funding Pips! I have been using Funding Pips for a few years now. I have been through all stages in accounts. I have had an account taken away one time that was closed automatically for trading during news when it was not in a trade during news. high forex spreads so you lose up to 40% before tp gets hit and also in the amount lost. they are constantly changing rules adding striking systems? I don't recommend this prop firm for these along with other reasons.

They arbitrarily introduce new rules on their own, and whenever a payout is due, they fabricate excuses—such as logging in via an investor password—to declare the account breached and withhold funds. I strongly advise traders and the community to avoid purchasing any evaluation or prop accounts from Funding Pips, and I urge everyone to report their practices. Speak out against their operations, as they are taking advantage of traders. Based on my direct personal experience as a regular user, I can confirm that Funding Pips operates in bad faith and misappropriates clients' funds.
