I am extremely disappointed with Funding Pips. My Phase 1 account was just falsely breached by their automated risk engine due to a severe technical tracking error on their server. On July 24th, my daily limit officially reset, and my account rolled over completely flat with a starting balance of $9,680.80. Instead of resetting my daily drawdown to the standard 5% cushion based on this new balance, their server glitched and carried over an old, expired $55.48 limit from days prior, setting an incorrect liquidation floor To make matters worse, the system executed a phantom liquidation on my GBPNZD positions at 2.29754—a price the actual live market did not even reach before my manual stop loss at 2.29934. My actual trading history proves my realized losses were well within the legitimate daily limit. This is a clear backend software failure that protects the firm instead of the trader. I have submitted full Meta Trader logs and chart evidence directly to their customer support team. I expect senior management to audit these logs immediately and reinstate my account (#20380937). Do not trade here until their dashboard calculation bugs are fixed.

My experience with FundingPips has been very disappointing. My KYC was rejected because I was accused of having different people attempt the verification. This is not true. I personally completed the KYC using my own passport, my own face for the facial verification, and my own proof of address. No one else attempted to verify my account. I repeatedly asked the support team to provide evidence supporting their allegation, but they refused to share any details. Instead, they permanently banned my account, denied my refund, and stated that their decision was final without giving me an opportunity to correct any document-related issues or explain my case. As a customer, I expected transparency and a fair review process. Being permanently banned without being shown any evidence was extremely disappointing. I hope FundingPips improves its customer support, transparency, and dispute resolution process so that future customers receive a fair opportunity to understand and respond to serious allegations.

I had a very bad experience with Funding Pips. I had been trading with them for a long time, but as soon as I started making profits, they found a reason to ban me. I had recently passed a new Flex $100,000 funded account and make 3k profit and a $50,000 funded account, I made 1.5k and both accounts were profitable. However, a week later, I received an email saying that all of my accounts had breached their rules and violated their policies. I did not understand how this happened. When I contacted them for an explanation, they told me that my trades had been copied from other users. I asked them to provide evidence, but they said they could not share any proof because it was against their policies. They manually breached all of my accounts and only refund two of my $100,000 accounts, one funded account and one challenge account.but they did not refund my $50,000 funded account. I was very disappointed to receive an email saying that all of my accounts had been breached without any evidence being provided. After all the hard work and time I invested trading with them over the years, it was upsetting to see this happen just when I had become profitable. Less and learn can't trust much about prop firm .

My master account no 20399014 today breached for 3% risk per trade idea. I am calculate buffer off stop loss and place trade. Even funding pips dashboard and mt5 account showing 720$ loss but my account breached. Now customer support team says slipage and all lablab. Even today high of xauusd and my sl also not meet the showing loss. If trader place stop loss and your system not hitting than why account breached. I know the rules according that trade and manage sl place but today my 25k master account breached..

My account got closed for supposedly violating a shared device policy. As I recall, multiple devices are permitted. I've only used my OWN phone and computer to trade the account, and they suspiciously closed it right after profiting so much from my master account. I've never had this problem before. Using my computer to place trades and using the MT5 app on my phone while I'm away from my computer is my common practice. But it seems like they're penalizing hyper-profitable traders and used some jackshit rule as an excuse to ban me from using their service again.
