After having traded for this company for 8 months and getting payouts every single month, the company suddenly contacted me requesting a copy of my EA and my settings. They say there are some transactions under review but didn’t say which ones and I haven’t traded on that account for at least a week now, so I'm not sure if it’s an error or where does this sudden request come from. My trading system constitutes my intellectual knowledge I have been working on for months. It sounds very suspicious to me that the company is requesting disclosure of my proprietary knowledge. This is a red flag and I don’t know if this comes from the company itself or possibly a worker who wants to get access to my profitable system. I will update this review once the situation gets clearer.

I contacted the live chat before purchasing a challenge, with a long list of very specific questions about EA rules, server time, daily loss limits and payout cycles. The agent answered every single one clearly and in writing, patiently, late on a Saturday evening. He was also honest about the one topic he couldn't confirm himself and pointed me to the right team instead of improvising an answer. I haven't started my challenge yet, but this is exactly how support should work.
