I am beyond frustrated and extremely disappointed with FundedNext. This has been one of the worst trading experiences I have ever had. The server performance is completely unacceptable. I experienced 131 pips of slippage, massive spread spikes, delayed execution, and multiple instances where my orders simply failed to execute properly. This is not normal trading—it is a complete technical failure. How is a trader supposed to manage risk or trade professionally under these conditions? I followed my trading plan, but your server made it impossible to execute trades fairly. Every second of delay, every spread spike, and every execution failure had a direct impact on my account. I trusted FundedNext to provide a stable trading environment, but instead I am dealing with constant server glitches and unreliable execution. This has caused me unnecessary stress, frustration, and financial damage. I am attaching a full screen recording that clearly shows everything: the server lag, abnormal spreads, execution delays, and the overall unstable trading conditions. The evidence speaks for itself. I expect this issue to be investigated immediately. Please review the server logs, execution records, and my trading history for the affected period. I also expect a clear explanation of how such severe technical failures were allowed to happen and what action will be taken to resolve this matter. This situation is completely unacceptable, and I expect a fair and prompt resolution based on the evidence I have provided.

In short: - I didn't know i had to place a trade every 5 days so i got my account breached before i even used it, i contacted them to explain it was my first challenge and I thought the inactivity rule was 30 days, not 5. But they said there was nothing they could do. At least make it explicit in the description that the inactivity rule is 5 days.

My sister and her friends using it for long time but now need to search for new one. I passed both the phases of the stellar lite account. After passing my phone wasn't working so I logged in the dashboard from my sister's phone and they terminated my account. No trade was placed from any other device ever just due to certain circumstances dashboard was logged in. I again and again requested them to look into the matter and check about the trades yet nothing happened. So much disappointed. Had really good expectations but got bad experience.

🚨 SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! ABSOLUTE FRAUD AND TECHNICAL MANIPULATION 🚨 I am a professional trader with 7 years of active market experience. I do not gamble. I successfully passed both evaluation phases, proving my consistency and strict risk management, and finally received my $50,000 funded account just a couple of days ago. I trade carefully, I do not use excessive lot sizes, I do not trade during high-impact news, and I always place strict Stop Losses. There can be absolutely ZERO complaints about my trading style. Despite my professional execution on their cTrader platform, their system completely failed. I experienced an absurd, massive slippage. My Stop Loss was completely ignored by their servers, artificially dragging my account into a breach of the daily loss limit. This was not normal market execution; this was a complete failure of their trading infrastructure. And what did FundedNext do? Instead of acknowledging their technical error and restoring my account, they completely wiped it out. They stole my funded account due to an error I am not responsible for. They refuse to take responsibility, they ignore my messages, and support is absolutely useless (Ticket #116730482). How can anyone trade with a prop firm when such things happen outside of your control, and the company does absolutely nothing to fix it? The spread is too wide. You cannot execute a trade in a 10-15 point move. And when the market is volatile and you place and order, you want see your order until you refresh the app , turn on yiur internet 3,4 times. You sell/Buy at a point and it triggers your trade somewhere 2points away from there. You need to place your sl somewhere 10 points away from where you usually put place it, and you tp should be only 8 points. To gain 8 points you need to lose 10 points. Better for swing traders.

I recently tried to purchase a $25K challenge from FundedNext and chose to pay using cryptocurrency (USDT on the BNB network). During the payment process, I was redirected to a Binomo payment page. The page displayed wallet details, and I followed the provided instructions. I clicked the copy button on the payment profile and transferred the required amount to the wallet address shown. After completing the transaction, I waited for around one hour, but the payment status never updated. Eventually, the payment link disappeared completely. I immediately contacted FundedNext customer support and provided all available proof, including: - Blockchain transaction hash (TXID) showing the transaction was successfully completed - Binance transfer receipt proving the funds were sent from my account - All relevant payment details and screenshots However, despite providing clear evidence, their support team opened two separate tickets and gave me the same response both times: that they could not locate or receive my funds. What concerns me the most is that they did not provide any detailed explanation of what exactly went wrong. Instead, they simply blamed the issue on my side while ignoring the transaction proof I provided. A professional company handling cryptocurrency payments should be able to properly investigate blockchain transactions and provide a transparent explanation. After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I still have no clear answer and no resolution. I am sharing my experience along with the evidence so other users can be aware and take extra caution when making crypto payments with FundedNext. Server freezes. Positions get placed late. Delays in server execution causes quick strike trades. Customer service need to be improved. Its my first time to contact support and i started at number 257 in the queue. I am still number 244 in the queue an hour later. Paid over $1600 to get this type of service is not worth it.

Two trades were closed by Funded Next on 10th July 2026, and the trades made a big profit in my other accounts. After communicating with them, they agreed that the trade did not hit SL, but they are saying I am the one who closed it, while I did not; that is why even other accounts kept running. The second scenario is today (14/7/2026), when CPI news came out; they again gave me a loss, while it was a buy limit order and the price did not reach my entry and went to profit but made a loss. I don't know since when Funded Next became scammers.

I do not recommend FundedNext to anyone, especially new traders. In my experience, FundedNext does not treat its customers with respect. It feels like they look for even the smallest issue to deny you a real funded account, even after you have successfully passed the challenge. Because of my experience, I would never buy another account from FundedNext. I recommend choosing a different prop firm instead. This review is based on my personal experience.

"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with FundedNext regarding my account (ID: 11965877) After putting countless hours of hard work and dedication into passing my evaluation phases, my account was suddenly terminated under the accusation of 'device/account sharing.' Despite my full cooperation and providing an honest, transparent explanation of the situation, the compliance team remained completely rigid. They summarily dismissed my appeal, claiming a lack of 'sufficient proof' without offering a fair or thorough investigation. Ending a trader's journey in this arbitrary manner feels completely unjust and dismissive of the effort invested. This rigid approach is highly disappointing, and it raises serious concerns about how FundedNext treats honest, dedicated traders who operate in good faith. I request a formal re-evaluation of my case by a senior review team."

I used the Gpay option. It was loading for some time and refused to redirect me but I had to switch to the first payment tab for the payment to go through.

Funded Next have very punitive penalties that come without warning. They deducted 100% profit from my trades for failure to put SL despite that I had only one trade without SL. When I questioned they told me all info was in the dashboard so I should check there yet my query as to why they deducted 100% profit from the trades that had SL was not answered. They went ahead and reduced my allowable risk from 3 to 1% with no warning. Be cautious before you take up a challenge with them.

I chose FundedNext because of its reputation for transparency and fairness. So far, my overall experience has been positive, and their support team has been responsive throughout my case. However, I recently experienced something that I believe every trader should be aware of. I held XAUUSD positions over the weekend. When the market reopened, I saw live Bid/Ask prices moving on my platform, but I was unable to manually close my trades, and my Stop Loss was not executed. After contacting support, they explained that this happened during Quote Time—a period when prices are displayed but trading operations (including Stop Loss, Take Profit, and manual closing) are not yet available. They also provided the instrument specifications showing separate Quote Hours and Trade Hours. I had traded with live brokerage accounts before, where Stop Loss and Take Profit would normally execute once trading resumed (subject to market conditions and slippage). Because of that experience, this behavior was unexpected for me. My advice to other traders is simple: if you trade with FundedNext, make sure you fully understand the Quote Time and Trade Hours for every instrument before holding positions over the weekend. This can significantly affect your risk management. I appreciate that the support team took the time to explain the mechanism, but I still hope FundedNext continues reviewing my case carefully. More importantly, I believe this behavior should be communicated much more clearly to traders before they hold weekend positions, as it is an important part of risk management. Overall, I am sharing this experience not to criticize FundedNext, but to help other traders avoid the same surprise and to encourage greater transparency around this feature.

And now they're even deleting my honest but negative review, but not with me! I'll try to warn people about you. As soon as Fundednext sees that you're a good trader who can potentially generate profits, they'll be very, very careful about your behavior. In my case, they simply canceled a $100,000 Funded account for no reason. The support is no more answering, i am still waiting 5 days. The reason was ridiculous. They restricted my options, minimized my profits, they canceled my passing reward and increased the pressure. I think there will also be problems with payouts. I don't recommend this company to anyone. Don't waste your money on these - in my free speech opinion they are scammers, may God judge them for this. I'll update you again as soon as I receive a payout. Peace.
