Title: ⚠️ BEWARE: Predatory Fees Destroying Net PnL - Support is Useless Rating: 1 Star Review: I am writing this review to warn other traders about the hidden fee structure that is mathematically designed to make you fail. I was trading on the E8PRO V2 Challenge, and over just 3 trades, I paid a total of $309.58 in fees. My total gross profit was +$212.48**, but due to these massive fees, my net PnL was **-$97.08. Let me give you a specific example: I took a BTC LONG trade with a gross profit of +$116.62**, but the fee was **$129.49. A winning trade turned into a net loss of -$12.87. This is completely unsustainable. When I contacted support, they simply sent me a copy-paste of the fee structure (0.045% taker fee for crypto) without addressing the issue. They offer no real assistance and clearly do not care about retail traders. The fees eat 100% to 150% of the gross profit on small timeframes (like scalping on 5m). If you are looking for a prop firm that actually gives you a fair chance to pass, AVOID E8 MARKETS. Be very careful with their Taker fees if you use Market Orders. You will lose your account to fees before you even hit the drawdown limit.

This use ro be my favorite oropfirm company,byt recently i do not understand them any more,i first traded with them in 2024 and can bet they are one of the best then ,i have been away for some time and tried them again now ,and what i see is the total opposite,ecer since i started trading with e8 ,i have never had my payout withheld for this long,it also feels like is no more gona reach me ,i stated using them again on 100kccount passed already,bullnol passes it for me on telegram,i got to reasonable amount of profit ,i requeated for a withdrawal and it seems like i am already ghosted ,the customer care also find it so hard ro attend fto me now. things have quickily changed with the propfirm

"The withdrawal system of E8 Markets (especially the 50% Buffer Mechanism) is a total scam and completely exploits traders! We work hard with our own sweat and tears to make a profit, yet they force us to freeze 50% of our profits in the account where we can't even withdraw it as cash. The so-called 'buffer' protecting the account is actually just our own hard-earned money being locked up to bear the risk for the company, while they don't risk a single penny of their own capital, and on top of that, they still brazenly take a profit split. This system is pure exploitation of traders. Anyone thinking about trading with this platform, stay away as far as you can!"

I work as an affiliate and content creator promoting E8 Markets. When it came time to receive my legitimately earned payout, I was met with deliberate stalling tactics, delayed support replies, and ultimately an unfair refusal. Support kept giving me vague responses for over a week, only to finally claim that my discount code was found on a third-party coupon site. As anyone in digital marketing knows, aggregation sites use automated web scrapers to lift public codes without the creator's knowledge or consent. I never submitted my link or coupon to any of these platforms. Using automated scraping as an excuse to completely refuse payouts for legitimate traffic and conversions is completely unethical and predatory. They are happy to benefit from affiliates driving clients to their platform, but look for any technicality to avoid paying what is rightfully owed. If you are an affiliate, marketer, or trader, be extremely cautious with E8 Markets—they will find excuses not to pay you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Professionalism, reliability and excellent customer care I would like to update my previous review following the resolution of my complaint. My initial disappointment mainly concerned the recognition of customer loyalty. As a regular E8 Markets customer, I have purchased numerous accounts over time without always being able to benefit from the 10% Retry discount. On several occasions, I therefore purchased new accounts at the regular price. My complaint was a request, as a goodwill gesture, for a complimentary account reflecting the Retry benefits I had been unable to use on my previous purchases. My request was therefore based both on my purchase history and on my loyalty to the company. After I raised my complaint, E8 Markets took the time to review my individual situation and reconsidered their initial position. I particularly appreciated the seriousness with which my case was handled and the quality of the communication. The exchanges were professional, respectful and constructive. After taking my purchase history and the unused Retry benefits into consideration, E8 ultimately decided to grant my request and provide me with a complimentary account, thereby recognising my loyalty in a very tangible way. I believe it is equally important to acknowledge when a company listens to its customer, reassesses a situation and provides an appropriate commercial solution. This is exactly what E8 Markets did in my case, and I am very satisfied with the way my complaint was ultimately handled. I would particularly like to thank Martin and the Complaints & Investigation team for their attentiveness and the quality of our exchanges. I completed the verification process on E8 yesterday and took 4 trades. My account is currently only around 1% in loss, with no major issue. But today, I’m being asked to go through the verification process again before I can place trades on TradeLocker. This is extremely frustrating and feels like a very poor system and service. If my account was already verified yesterday, why am I being asked to restart the entire verification process again the next day? Honestly, this has been one of the worst and most irritating experiences I’ve had as an Indian trader. Apart from this issue, I have no other complaints, but this verification system needs serious improvement.

E8 MARKETS — MY TRUST IS COMPLETELY GONE I honestly don’t know how to describe how disappointed and hurt I am by my experience with E8 Markets. I successfully passed challenges totaling $200,000, putting in my time, effort, discipline, and money. I trusted this company and believed that if I followed the rules and achieved the targets, I would receive what I worked for. But after all that effort, E8 refused to give me the funded account and instead accused me of a KYC violation — an accusation I strongly disagree with. This situation has affected me emotionally and mentally. It’s extremely frustrating to work so hard, pass $200K in challenges, and then feel like everything can simply be taken away from you at the final stage. My trust in E8 Markets is completely gone. I no longer feel that I can trust this company or feel safe putting my money and effort into their programs. Honestly, this experience feels like a scam to me, and I want other traders to be extremely careful before spending their hard-earned money with E8 Markets. Passing the challenge means nothing if the company can refuse to give you the account afterward. I am sharing my experience because I don’t want another trader to go through the same emotional and financial disappointment I experienced.
