E8 Markets deactivated my funded account on the backend without sending me any email, warning, or notification. Their explanation was that I violated the seven-day inactivity rule. However, this happened during a holiday week that included the June 19 bank holiday. I do not believe responsible traders should be expected to force trades during holidays simply to prevent an account from being closed. Avoiding low-quality holiday trading is professional risk management. Even worse, although E8 had apparently deactivated the account internally, it remained fully accessible and tradable through Tradovate. Because I received no notification and the account continued working normally, I traded it for approximately two more months under the assumption that it was still a valid funded account. I wasted two months trading an account that E8 had already marked as breached without telling me. When I contacted support, nobody appeared interested in taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution. I understand that companies have rules, and if a trader genuinely violates a clearly communicated inactivity rule, that is one issue. Silently deactivating an account while leaving it active on the trading platform is an entirely different problem. A professional firm should immediately notify the trader, disable the account everywhere, and take responsibility when its systems create this kind of situation. E8 did none of those things and offered no compensation for the time and effort I lost. I have accounts with several prop firms, and E8 Markets has been the worst experience by far. I will never use them again. There are better and more professional alternatives available. Anyone using E8 should monitor their account status carefully and withdraw eligible funds as soon as possible. Based on my experience, you cannot assume that a tradable account is actually still active in their backend.

E8 Markets very good prop firm company. The only thing I don’t like. Every 4:00 pm time zone. It doesn’t matter if you on a trade stacking up profit. Your trade will end by 4:08 pm or 4:12 pm. I’m on eastern time zone. But other than that a very great prop firm company. Trust them a lot with my money. Everyone jump on E8 Markets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏿

I bought accounts from this prop firm 6 times. Each time, I noticed that my account was suddenly stopped out while it was in positive territory. When I analyzed my last account, I realized that it was stopped out the moment my trade reversed from positive territory, and that this firm was suddenly increasing the spreads excessively, halting the trades I opened. I condemn this firm for these unethical interventions. And please, do not be fooled by their attractive offers and discounts. Do not lose your money to this prop firm that exploits and rips off its customers.

i must be honest with my review the platform sometimes malfunction,apart from this ,i will recommend this propfirm.over and over , especially its cheap entry price and low spread,the evaluation is well designed that you will always get what matched your need,the evaluation itself has better rules than some propfirm i have tried,elitepropx cleared my own safely within a week i got funded,i am really enjoying my stay here but E8 really have to work on the platform.

E8 is a well organized prop trading firm,with one of the best platform and Clean interface,and a very smooth execution,i easily got funded with them,the evaluation rules are not strict,elitepropx passed for me,the only problem i see with them is the profit buffer,i do not like this ,you can only withdraw 50% of your new profit and the other stays as buffer,this makes it hard for me to get a bigger payout.

Both AI and Human Agent (Mart) are supper helpful professional and efficient on handling a bit complex questions asked (other than other previous prop firms before). Recommended in this regard. After I get to the payment stage and receive payment - happy to leave more later.

A very clever use of word play with their account type E8-Pro and its payout policy They say you can only withdraw 50% of the Profits and it goes on indefinitely.... what kind of rule is this, you can never withdraw 50% you make it it goes on increasing with the account size as buffer Buffer remains in the account and is permanently unwithdrawable....I have even confirmed this with the support and they say its indefinite, you can't withdraw Classic example : Lets say I have an account of 50K and I make 5k Profit on it then I can withdraw 2.5k and the rest 2.5k remains as buffer....Fair enough Now the twist comes, if I make another 5k in profit....I can only withdraw 2.5k and the buffer keeps growing indefinitely, you can't withdraw It doesn't matter if I make 10k on the next trade, 50% retained profit which is 5k remains in the account and 50% is the withdrawal amount its 50% of the new profits you made so only 5k withdrawable

They allow you to make money but make withdrawal process stressful for you. I made over $5k profit but they said I can never remove $2k even if I’m not using the account again. And I can only withdraw only $1250 and must still make 5 profitable days before I can withdraw another $1250, this is very crazy because people only stress for them to use your money. I won’t use this platform again.
