As you all can see my previous review why I like this firm, Today I requested a payout, it is showing it'll take 48 hours , genuinely it is too much time for justapproval , Now they send me that I have breached their rules , I passed phase 1 &2 with same strategy but now they are saying that I didn't follow their rules. Worst firm ever. I thought they are genuine but no they are not going to pay you . Trust me don't buy their account. And blueberry funded you did a bad thing I could've been very useful for your firm but not gonna trade on your account ever.

I had a very disappointing experience with Blueberry Funded. I purchased a **$5,000 funded account** and always tried to follow the firm's risk management rules. Unfortunately, my account was closed because of the **1.5% Risk Per Trade Idea** rule, even though I did not intentionally exceed the allowed risk. I placed **only one XAUUSD trade**. My planned stop loss was approximately **$65**, which was below the allowed **$75 (1.5%)** limit. However, the trade was held into the market open, and due to **slippage**, my stop loss was executed with a final loss of **$96**. After my account was hard breached, I contacted support multiple times and explained that my planned risk was within the allowed limit. Instead of receiving a clear explanation, I repeatedly received generic copy-and-paste replies explaining that slippage is normal during market opens. I then asked a very simple question: **Is the 1.5% rule based on the planned stop-loss risk, or on the final executed loss after slippage?** Despite asking this question several times, I never received a direct explanation with the exact rulebook clause. Eventually, I was only told that **"the trader is responsible for accepting market conditions."** What disappointed me even more was that instead of trying to resolve my concern, I was sent a **30% discount code (PABLO30)** to purchase another challenge. As a customer, this made me feel that selling another account was given more priority than fairly investigating my case. I fully understand that slippage is a part of live trading. My concern is not about slippage itself. My concern is the lack of transparency regarding how the **1.5% Risk Per Trade Idea** rule is applied when a trader's planned risk is within the limit but the final loss exceeds it solely because of market execution. This review reflects my personal experience. Unfortunately, based on how my case was handled, I have lost confidence in Blueberry Funded. I will not be purchasing another challenge, and I cannot recommend this firm to other traders unless they fully understand the risks of this rule.

The worst prop firm ever. Do not buy their accounts. They will look for a generic reason to not pay you. Made a profit of $4k each on a $50k live account totalling $8k in profit. Requested for my profit share only for them to send me a generic message that I took the same position on both accounts. Copy trading is allowed on the platform and i confirmed this on many occassion with the customer service before buying the accounts. They immediately blocked me from even having access to my dashboard for the fear that I might drag them out

Based on my experience, Blueberry Funded has demonstrated a concerning level of incompetence in handling customer orders and customer support. I purchased the Prime 2-Step $100,000 Challenge, which is listed at USD $650. Using the PRIME30 promotional code, the price was correctly reduced by 30%, bringing my total to USD $455. My credit card was charged the Canadian dollar equivalent of USD $455 based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. However, instead of receiving the product I paid for, I was issued an Instant Lite Funded $50,000 account, which is an entirely different product listed at USD $420. To make matters worse, this product is not even eligible for the PRIME30 promotion. After reviewing every product currently offered on their website, there is simply no other product that corresponds to the USD $455 I was charged. The only product that matches both the original price and the discounted amount is the Prime 2-Step $100,000 Challenge. This strongly suggests that the wrong product was assigned to my account. I contacted customer support immediately after discovering the issue. Unfortunately, I waited approximately eight hours before receiving a response from an agent named Luffy. Rather than reviewing my order history, invoice, payment amount, and the product that had been assigned to my account, I was asked to provide proof of payment, as though the issue was that my payment had not gone through. I found this response both disappointing and unprofessional. The problem was never whether I had successfully paid—it was that I had received the wrong product. A proper review of the transaction should have identified this immediately without requiring me to prove that I had made the payment. Hoping the delay was simply because it was the weekend, I initiated another live chat to seek a faster resolution. As I am writing this review, I have now been waiting for more than five hours to speak with a live agent, and I am still in the queue. During this time, my position in the queue has repeatedly moved forward only to jump backwards again. This creates the impression that the queue is either poorly managed or lacks transparency, making the entire experience extremely frustrating. For a company operating in the proprietary trading industry—where speed, efficiency, precision, and trust are fundamental—waiting five to eight hours simply to communicate with customer support is unacceptable. Whether this is due to poor internal processes, inadequate staffing, or ineffective customer service systems, it does not inspire confidence in the company's ability to support its customers. At this point, I am simply seeking the product that I paid for or another fair resolution. However, this experience has raised serious concerns about Blueberry Funded's operational standards, quality control, and customer service. My advice to prospective customers: Proceed with caution. If accurate order fulfillment, responsive customer support, and timely issue resolution are important to you, carefully evaluate whether Blueberry Funded meets those expectations before making a purchase. There are several established proprietary trading firms with stronger reputations for customer service and operational reliability that may provide a more dependable experience.

I had a trade that was affected during the recent TradeLocker platform outage. My Stop Loss and Take Profit had already been set, but due to the platform issue, my trade closed with a much larger loss than expected. Blueberry please 1- have rules link within each challenge group, so we can click and see the rules immediately, they are as important as any other feature. 2- improve rules outline document: more detail and examples of each rule. some are vague. i thought no news trading, so one would have to close trades prior a news event else tp could be hit. what if sl is hit? does this constitute as news trading, see what i mean. define the rules so that there is no misunderstanding. I am very pleased with the feedback from BB so I am updating my review to this: Best spreads of any propfirm = 5stars Broker backed = 5stars Trade most products ie available and low spreads = 5stars And now after clarity on the news trading rule = 5stars (set ea off at every red news and remove final tp that way one can still 'trade' red news. This is when a trade was opened earlier on that day or previous days.) Their platform is stable (I trade on mt5, the price feed and spreads top level, some brokers have high tick feeds this is unstable for indicators and ea's) I have tested BB and platform, pricing etc is solid. 1.5% trade idea rule = 3stars Rules not clearly defined = 3 stars Scale program has flaws. Trader is expected to make 10% for 3 consecutive months. With all the rules this is highly unlikely = 3 stars I feel far more confident traders can succeed with BB so long of course your trading system is top notch. My suggestion: BB could make the rules clear such as the news rule. The rules are hidden.. takes effort to find the link to the 'trading evaluation document' even then some rules are not saying this creates a hard or soft breach. The news rule is not clear it took the support team to reply to clarify the news rule. Traders open positions hours before, we may have partial close, and stop loss is now moved closer to entry to mitigate some risk. Ideally we should then move final target far away so that it is not closed within the 2 min rule. Simple, we can do that. Finally on the 10min no opening of a trade if in loss. My example again: perhaps trading 1 min chart, my ea opens a trade, i suspect its not ideal, i close it and the ea reopens lower in 3-5 min thats simply trader sometimes micro manages the ea and looks for better entry etc. Why should this be a breach or punishable. Its my only concern, the other rules seem market standard. I dont particularly like the 1.5% 'risk per trade idea' rule. Either you allow us 5% daily drawdown and let it be, but 1.5% on a group ie indices. So if i open trades on dax, us30 and us100 thats only 500usd risk allowed on each for a 100k account. That is not easy for a partial close system. This highlights an example of propfirms making unnecessary/ excessive rules. Just make the 5% and leave it at that. Now you add a layer of fear as we enter trades for a group we should be aware of yet another tightass rule. 1,500 on a 100k account.. seriously how are we supposed to get to 10% growth with all these excessive rules, sure you want us to be cautious and lower risk but 1.5% eventually any trader will fail with this rule. Balance scale up of 25% every 3 months so long as we hit 10% target every month, seriously?!? can shove that offer.. total bs so in 3 months my 50k account will be raised to 62k wow how generous. will take over a year to get to 100k but with all the other rules, i dont see any traders lasting more than 3 months until some 'war spike news event or tweet' Thanks to support team for the reply and insight.

Even though they claim to have removed the rules, they close profitable accounts. They have a clause stating they have the right to close accounts without providing any evidence. Payout denied right after withdrawal request, no rule actually broken I traded a 25k Instant Elite account and stayed within every rule they publish. I never breached the daily loss limit, I used only 5.4% of the maximum loss allowance, and I never held five positions in drawdown on the same pair (their own martingale threshold). My risk per trade was under 0.1% and my worst single trade was 0.69% of the account. The problem started the moment I requested my $800 withdrawal. Right after that, the account was breached for "grid/DCA" and "toxic trading" under clause 12.2. When I asked them to point to the exact rule and figure I had crossed, they could not, and simply repeated that the risk team's assessment was final. Their own reply also contained factual errors. They said my positions were "closed together" as one basket, when they actually closed at different times. They said certain tickets had "identical stop-loss levels down to the cent," when those tickets had no stop loss at all. The strategies they accused me of (position stacking, martingale, grid) were removed from funded-account rules in their March 2026 update and replaced by a 1.5% risk-per-trade-idea limit, which I never came close to breaching. I have all emails, trade history and dashboard screenshots. Be careful with this firm around payout time.

I had a very unclear and disappointing experience with Blueberry Funded. I purchased four Instant Elite accounts. Only about one to two months after opening the accounts, I received a termination notice for just one account, account 5068927. The notice stated that one position had been flagged as “Automated Execution / Expert Origin.” I did not use an automated trading EA, third-party signals, or any third-party account management service. What I used was an order-entry and risk management tool. As far as I understood, this tool was not used to automate my strategy, but to manage risk more accurately. I requested a review and explained this point. However, Blueberry Funded replied that they understood my explanation, but the action would remain in place and no further review or change would be made. After that, I received an RB10 error and could no longer access my dashboard. When I contacted live chat, the first response was addressed to “Dear Yusuf,” which is not my name. The support agent later explained that it was a typo. Later, I was told that my entire user profile and all associated accounts had been terminated. In other words, although the original termination notice referred only to account 5068927 and one specific position on that account, the action was later applied to all four Instant Elite accounts under my profile. After that, I requested a refund for the remaining three accounts, because those three accounts were not individually mentioned in the original termination notice and I could no longer access or manage them through the dashboard. However, I only received a general non-refundable policy in response, with no specific explanation regarding the remaining three accounts. In my experience, this process was extremely unclear and difficult to accept. One account issue was ultimately expanded to all accounts under my user profile. No internal detection details were provided, and I was told that the decision was final. If you are considering purchasing expensive Instant accounts or multiple accounts with Blueberry Funded, I strongly recommend being very careful. An issue with one account may potentially affect your other accounts and your entire user profile.
